“The flowers are lovely and my Mum is very pleased. My only criticism is that I think 8.30am is a bit early for delivery. My ageing parents were still asleep in bed, couldn't hear the doorbell and the flowers were left with a neighbour. The delivery guy called me to explain he'd left them with the neighbour, so communication was good, but it's still a wee bit early!”

“The Blush Kisses Hat Box is what I ordered. The flowers are pretty, and well presented however, as the purchaser, I was disappointed that the colours received were hardly blush coloured. Looking online the colours are blush throughout, but the arrangement received had a few blush Rose's, white flowers and deep coloured flowers. The recipient loved them though. What impressed me the most, was the florist updated me every step of the way with the delivery process. You don't get florists here in America providing that level of service.”

“Have purchased from Verdure numerous occasions. Previous purchases over the phone with a very friendly & helpful service. Always left it the florist to make an appropriate choice to create a beautiful bouquet for the occasion - never let me down. However, a recent purchase over the phone I was pushed to the website to choose a templated bouquet. So I did this, but it didn’t feel the personal service I was used too & had become accustomed. Felt previously the bouquet was also fuller as I had left it to the florist to choose rather than templates. 4 stars, but previously I would have given 5+”

“The flowers were sent to my daughter on her birthday which arrived in very good shape. This is my first order with the florist and I am very pleased to receive notifications of delivery so that I knew that the flowers were actually delivered to my daughter. She was very happy to receive those beautiful flowers. Thank you very much!”

“The service was incredible and so efficient which I was honestly so impressed with, the only downfall is my bouquet really wasn’t worthy of an £80 bouquet. For the price I paid it was far too small”

“I didn’t actually see these “in the flesh” as they were a gift but I did see a photograph of them after delivery. They were’nt exactly like the website photo but, to be fair, not far off. The recipient said they were really nice with just a couple of flowers a bit dried up. The service was excellent and delivered on the day as promised even though ordered at very short notice. So yes I would order again.”

“The positives: - They allow custom requests to existing products - for example, I was able to select an existing funeral spray arrangement and add a note to say no roses please - The website is intuitive to use - Wide variety of options for each floral category - Pricing of the arragements is competitive The negatives: - Even if you ring up they ask you to place your order online which is a tad frustrating - Although you receive a text confirming delivery there is no photo so I have no idea if the arrangement met my specifications or arrived in good condition - I placed the order before seeing an email from them containing a 10% discount - I asked if this could be applied retrospectively and received no replies to any of my emails not even a courtesy response noting this wasn't possible - Cost of delivery is steeper than others”

“The bouquet came beautifully packed and on time even on a Sunday! Just would've loved the recipient name provided to be printed on the card envelope (instead of the full billing address). Would definitely order again.”
