“Everything was perfect, which was not a guarantee for me, as it was last minute I was placing this order from New York and was unsure when the special lady would be home to receive it. Kai was super responsive and accommodating, ensuring me that every effort would be made. Everything worked out perfect and she was blown away! Thanks Kai!! Would definitely recommend!!!”
