Have purchased from Verdure numerous occasions. Previous purchases over the phone with a very friendly & helpful service. Always left it the florist to make an appropriate choice to create a beautiful bouquet for the occasion - never let me down. However, a recent purchase over the phone I was pushed to the website to choose a templated bouquet. So I did this, but it didn’t feel the personal service I was used too & had become accustomed. Felt previously the bouquet was also fuller as I had left it to the florist to choose rather than templates. 4 stars, but previously I would have given 5+
