“The speed of fulfilling this same day offer is commendable but that is where my praise ends. The flower arrangement was a monstrosity and ugly arrangement. The only sign of vibrant life was the foliage. Never again.”

“I ordered the "today's online offer" which I wouldn't recommend. It does say it won't be the same bouquet as in the picture, but she sent a picture of what she did receive and it was far less grand than the bouquet in the picture. I always try to shop local but I have sent far better flowers for the same money elsewhere so will not be buying through Verdure again based on this experience. I can't speak for the other bouquets, just the one I ordered was disappointing. I was however impressed with the speed of the delivery and the contact/info when it was on its way.”

Hi there we are sorry to hear this but are a little confused as we do not send flowers via mail or couriers - our own drivers hand deliver locally. Please can you send us the image of the flowers to very@verdure.co.uk so we can look at this and double check the flowers were not from another supplier - these mix ups do happen and we're here to help. “Flowers were beautiful however they were left on the recipicants doorstep without notification and they only knew they were ther when I called them the following day to see if they had received the bouquet. Which as you can imagine was embarrassing on both parts. The flowers were ok luckily as they'd been there for over 24 hours. I would of called to complain however I've been to busy.”
