“Sent to friends for there Wedding Anniversary, they said they were lovely unfortunately they were out so they were left outside under a table so they were OK, I would of preferred them to have been left if possible with a neighbour, perhaps that was my fault and I should have stipulated that but can't remember seeing an option for that. Still pleased though.”

“Verdure made it easy for me to send flowers to a loved one, even though I live in the US. I emailed Kai about having a custom arrangement made and sent. She answered me quickly and gave me clear and simple instructions for the website to make sure I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. The arrangement was well received and I would use them again. My only tiny complaint (reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that I was told the flowers would be delivered in the morning and they were delivered at noon, so my recipient had to wait on the delivery a bit. She was very pleased with them though.”

“Hiya... I found that the flowers i recieved were beatiful and well presented just how i like it... If i could make a comment the only thing would be that i thought the flowers were a few less than i thought £35 would be worth... Obviously i do not know the prices of all the beautiful flowers that were in the arrangement. But i just thought it was a small arrangement for the price... Thank you though as they were gorgeous and well arranged.”

“It was very easy to place our order and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I can't really say much more because we live a long way away so I don't know what the Vibrant Wreath looked like with the additions we asked for, or if there was any one in at the deceased's home when the wreath was delivered. I don't know if it would have been possible to confirm (via e-mail) that her relatives had taken in the wreath.”

“Kai was extremely helpful over the phone in sorting out some funeral flowers for a colleague's father. Apparently they were beautiful, very much appreciated and meant a lot to him. Verdure would have got 'Very Good' if I had received an electronic invoice - which I requested twice. Admin might not be their strong point - but customer understanding and good floral displays definitely are!”

Hi there Sue thanks for the lovely feedback - we appreciate it! Apologies for the invoice issue. We had some big technical problems with the previous 10 year old website which was replaced recently with a brand new one. Unfortunately your order was one of the last few done on our old system and you experienced this problem which should not recur with the new one now working as it should! Regards, Kai
