The positives: - They allow custom requests to existing products - for example, I was able to select an existing funeral spray arrangement and add a note to say no roses please - The website is intuitive to use - Wide variety of options for each floral category - Pricing of the arragements is competitive The negatives: - Even if you ring up they ask you to place your order online which is a tad frustrating - Although you receive a text confirming delivery there is no photo so I have no idea if the arrangement met my specifications or arrived in good condition - I placed the order before seeing an email from them containing a 10% discount - I asked if this could be applied retrospectively and received no replies to any of my emails not even a courtesy response noting this wasn't possible - Cost of delivery is steeper than others
