“Bought some flowers for a late birthday, ordering was very easy and enjoyed wide selection of flowers. I did not see them in person but the recipient said they were lovely. Delivery was easy and on time thank you”

“Received excellent service with the flowers I recently ordered online. I had to call up first to check a few things before I went ahead and ordered them. The lady I dealt with was very helpful, and even called me back the next day with a better option that I had not even thought of. So to me she went way above my expectations. The flowers were beautiful and my daughter who I sent them to said the person delivering them was very friendly and polite. I received five star ***** service and would not hesitate to to recommend them and will most certainly be using them again soon.”

“I ordered some flowers for a friend and she was thrilled with them. She then added that Verdure have been her favourite florists for a long time which I didn't know but it speaks volumes. I feel the quality of the flowers and service is the height of professional and done with such perfection. Will buy more in the future for sure!”

“I phoned from Australia at a time which was too early in the UK and was going to call back. However the young lady was charming and insisted on taking our order then. It was done so efficiently and followed up with emails before and after delivery. My friend was thrilled with the flowers. Thank you very much”

“Very impressive service! Ordered "last minute" flowers for our kind of mum (our brother-in-law's mother, who has adopted us as her own!) on the evening before Mother's Day. Despite Verdure being obviously swamped before and during one of the biggest days in the calendar year for flowers, the delivery made it on time without any of the usual "Oh, we're very sorry sir but we were unable.....blah, blah, blah" palaver that sometimes happens with companies out there. Will definitely use their service in future and most certainly recommend to others! Keep up the great work Verdure :-)”

“I ordered the Cala lilly sheaf for my sister's funeral but the flowers which were delivered to the funeral home were dead and the funeral director refused to accept them. Verdure did send some replacement flowers which were ok but they didn't bother to tell me any of this until after the funeral. Even then the email from Kai seemed more concerned that I would give a bad review rather than any genuine apology for the stress that they had added to what was already a very difficult day. The funeral director kindly explained what had happened when i was distressed because i couldn't see the flowers which I had ordered. I would never use or recommend this florist based on my experience.”

“The service by telephone was excellent, although I had tried buying flowers online and had found the website confusing. The flowers were pretty and looked fresh but we're not quite as lovely as I had hoped, so I would say they were adequate for the money”
