“Flowers were beautiful however they were left on the recipicants doorstep without notification and they only knew they were ther when I called them the following day to see if they had received the bouquet. Which as you can imagine was embarrassing on both parts. The flowers were ok luckily as they'd been there for over 24 hours. I would of called to complain however I've been to busy.”

“1st time ordering flowers from here, I can't fault the service in anyway. From the moment I contacted the shop, I recieved an excellant service, the assistant was very helpful over the phone and explained the bouquets. I paid over the phone and recieved a receipt by email very quickly and I was also emailed to let me know the flowers had been delivered. My sister loved the flowers and you have a new customer in her who lives locally. It as always a risk ordering flowers over the phone, I can highly recommend Verdure and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Ann from Scotland.”

“I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. KAI WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEGEABLE AND HELPFULL IN SELECTING THE PROPER FLOWERS. I HAD TO CALL BACK TO CHANGE THE CARD MESSAGE, AND KAI WAS BUSY AND ANOTHER GENTLEMAN ASSISTED ME. I APOLOGIZE,BUT I DON'T RECALL HIS NAME. HE TOO WAS MOST HELPFULL. MY FRIENDS IN BREDBURY SAID THE FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL. THEY ALSO SENT ME A PHOTO OF THE FLOWERS. IT IS ALWAYS DIFFICULT WHEN YOU SUFFER A LOSS OF A DEAR FRIEND. ALSO, BEING IN ANOTHER COUNTRY MAKES IT EVEN WORSE.SO THANKS FOR MAKING IT A LOT EASIER. DAVID BURO”
