“Sent to friends for there Wedding Anniversary, they said they were lovely unfortunately they were out so they were left outside under a table so they were OK, I would of preferred them to have been left if possible with a neighbour, perhaps that was my fault and I should have stipulated that but can't remember seeing an option for that. Still pleased though.”

“Company rang me ( I had put wrong delivery date on) - they wanted to be assured of the date . Thank goodness they did. Same day delivery as requested my Aunt seemed very pleased with the flowers . Got free delivery over 30.00 also.”

“Extremely pleased with the funeral flowers I ordered. Ordering process on the Internet was very easy and I appreciated the provision of a code for free delivery. I was a little apprehensive about ordering on the Internet and what they would be like but I needn't have worried they were beautiful.”

“The solicitors received your flowers; one of whom was on holiday but you have kindly accommodated that; however, Mairin Costello sent me a lovely e-mail said they were absolutely beautiful and she was so happy. I am pleased myself because I can't really picture the flowers that I choose made up, but it has worked. Thank you for your prompt delivery Josie Bicker”

“I picked Verdure Floral off the website and I knew instantly by looking at his website the standard of floristry was high, his pictures were amazing. After placing my order with Kai I felt sure my interpretation of what I requested had been received well. When the flowers arrived my friend sent a picture of them as she was so delighted. Sadly, I knew straight away they were the wrong flowers, of course I didn't mention this to her at the time, however, they were stunning but not what I had asked for. I e mailed to enquire if there had been a mix up and straight away I received an apology and confirmation that's what had happened. Without any hesitation the offer of another arrangement was made, with instruction to my friend to keep the original one for the error. I paid £80 for the arrangement as it was to someone special but he made it even more special by being so kind and efficient. I am sure it's an easy mistake to make but the way it was handled was truly professional. I would recommend Kai and Verdure to anyone, his flowers and service are second to none. Thank you once again Kai, I will cetainly use you again.”

“Ordered online, quick and easy to place the order. It's always a gamble ordering flowers without seeing exactly what you will get but I opted for the daily bouquet at £30 which included few delivery. These were a gift for my aunt who had been unwell and she called to thank me saying they were absolutely beautiful. Colours were as requested and she said there were a gorgeous selection of flowers included. She sent me a photo and I am very pleased with my choice. Would use again and highly recommend. “Flowers were beautiful however they were left on the recipicants doorstep without notification and they only knew they were ther when I called them the following day to see if they had received the bouquet. Which as you can imagine was embarrassing on both parts. The flowers were ok luckily as they'd been there for over 24 hours. I would of called to complain however I've been to busy.”
