“Honestly placed an order Received a tracking number Tracking number doesnt hold any details on the parcel, royal mail didnt know where it was and whne i mentioned it to the owner i was asked to wait till the end of the week and then he can send a replacement. Waited and still got nothing so ended up asking for a refund. Dont waste your time as most of the time according to the owner the tracking number may not work”

“Brilliant the utillian 850 is an amazing kit works amazingly and the service I got from vaporizerhut was brilliant fast and the customer service was excellent my tracking didn't work so I emailed to ask where my parcel was and within 30mins got I reply!! I highly recommend them!!”

“Recieved the wrong order. Have been sent minature versions of what I ordered. I did email cust services on the day i recieved the order with a photo of what was recieved and what should of been sent and heard nothing back. No order correction or refund. Very dissapointing”

“The wizard pipe it's self is great... easy to use, works brilliantly and is quick to charge and obviously looks cool as chuff!... fun little note though up until your hundredth puff it insists on saying to you the word poo... bit rude but still xD the service from you was great aswell I quite appreciate the email letting me know its made its way closer to me aswell seen as royal mail don't xD thankyou”
