“After a pretty stressful issue courtesy of the delivery service which was nothing to do with VaporizerHut I finally received my vape! James was brilliant in helping me with the updates and the delivery issue. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone 😊 absolutely fabulous customer service!!!! 🤗”

“Was a bit skeptical at first with the few negative reviews on trustpilot but placed an order on bank holiday weekend anyway, order came by the following Thursday. I did have an issue with the royal mail tracking info and sent an email over, I was responded to within a few hours and sorted any issues from then on. Thanks James.”

“Review of the Marley Natural Black Walnut Large Four Piece Grinder I received this in good time after placing the order, with James kindly checking that everything had arrived safely and that I was happy with the purchase. The grinder itself is excellent, really well built, a great size, and very easy to use, which was the main thing I noticed straight away. The grinding action is smooth and effortless. We already own the Old Mate grinder, and my husband commented that this is equally as good in terms of performance and quality. It also has a generously sized storage section for the ground product, which is really practical. Overall, it feels like a premium, well-made grinder that should last for years. Very pleased with it.”

Hi Ben, Thank you for your feedback, I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the vapour output from the G Pen Dash 2. It’s worth noting that vaporising is quite different from smoking a traditional cigarette or joint, as there is no combustion involved. Because of this, the vapour can feel lighter and less visible, especially on more compact, entry-level devices like the Dash 2. The Dash 2 is designed as a budget-friendly introduction to dry herb vaporising, but if you’re looking for thicker vapour production and a more powerful experience, higher-end devices (typically around the £150–£200 range) do tend to perform significantly better. If you’d like, I’d be more than happy to help recommend a device that better suits what you’re looking for and gives you a much more satisfying experience. We are based in Jersey, Channel Islands, and delivery to the UK typically takes 3–5 working days, which this order was well within. I’ve checked the tracking for you (LX141932857JE), and it does show that the parcel has now arrived in Germany as of 13/04/2026, so it is very close to final delivery.
