Hi Ben, Thank you for your feedback, I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the vapour output from the G Pen Dash 2. It’s worth noting that vaporising is quite different from smoking a traditional cigarette or joint, as there is no combustion involved. Because of this, the vapour can feel lighter and less visible, especially on more compact, entry-level devices like the Dash 2. The Dash 2 is designed as a budget-friendly introduction to dry herb vaporising, but if you’re looking for thicker vapour production and a more powerful experience, higher-end devices (typically around the £150–£200 range) do tend to perform significantly better. If you’d like, I’d be more than happy to help recommend a device that better suits what you’re looking for and gives you a much more satisfying experience. I’ve looked into this for you, and according to the Royal Mail tracking (KD154159950GB), the parcel was successfully delivered on 22/04/2026. We are based in Jersey, Channel Islands, and delivery to the UK typically takes 3–5 working days, which this order was well within. I’ve checked the tracking for you (LX141932857JE), and it does show that the parcel has now arrived in Germany as of 13/04/2026, so it is very close to final delivery. Having checked the latest tracking update, it shows that the delivery has been rescheduled while the parcel is in transit. As the Isle of Man is considered a more remote delivery area, there can occasionally be delays with couriers, which appears to be the case here. “I have been wanting to purchase an E-Rig for so long but it was too expensive and I needed to do my research beforehand. I came across VaporizerHut and got recommended by my best friend and turns out the Rig I wanted was on offer and available in soooo many colours! I had just stopped smoking cigs so this was a present from me to me. I am having the absolute time of my life with my purchase. It was packaged so well with fragile tape on it and bubble wrap. I was kept informed via email and it arrived in 3-5 days. Would 100% recommend and look forward to my next purchase!”
