Hi Mark, I’m extremely sorry to hear you’re not happy with the DART Pipe and filters. This is quite unusual for us, as the DART has actually been a very popular product and many customers really love it. I’m also sorry to hear the filters didn’t fit as expected. We’re always happy to help and support where we can 😊 If you genuinely don’t get on with the product and would like to discuss returning it, please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team and we can try to organise something for you. Kind regards, James

“Was a bit skeptical at first with the few negative reviews on trustpilot but placed an order on bank holiday weekend anyway, order came by the following Thursday. I did have an issue with the royal mail tracking info and sent an email over, I was responded to within a few hours and sorted any issues from then on. Thanks James.”

“Review of the Marley Natural Black Walnut Large Four Piece Grinder I received this in good time after placing the order, with James kindly checking that everything had arrived safely and that I was happy with the purchase. The grinder itself is excellent, really well built, a great size, and very easy to use, which was the main thing I noticed straight away. The grinding action is smooth and effortless. We already own the Old Mate grinder, and my husband commented that this is equally as good in terms of performance and quality. It also has a generously sized storage section for the ground product, which is really practical. Overall, it feels like a premium, well-made grinder that should last for years. Very pleased with it.”
