Product is good but delivery is slow - courier did not contact us (no missed calls) and claimed a missed delivery when we were at home. We were then charged a 2 pound re-delivery fee when we were in fact at home.

Hello Harry I hope you’re keeping well and having a great day, Your order has definitely been processed and dispatch and should arrive any day. Sadly the Royal Mail postal strikes have been a bit of a disaster and has caused quite a few delays. If you have not received your order in the next two days can you please let us know and we will arrange for it to be dispatched again if it has gone missing in the royal mail. Was ok good value for money nut not strong enough for me but good value for money and well sealed and looked genuine and tasted ok I think was a good deal just was not strong enough for me

Usually quite good, but I made an order a couple of weeks ago, hasn't shown up. Emailed the company and have had no word back. Otherwise good quality.

Cheap price for Omnivap XL, and ordered a Cyclone II triple torch to go with it. Package came in a timely fashion on a Saturday morning, but I didn't receive the 3 flame lighter I had ordered. Instead, I received a single flame thing - bummer. Waited the weekend to phone customer services first thing Monday morning. I was given an apology and told the correct lighter would be sent out immediately, with an email to follow which would inform me how to return the incorrect lighter. It is now Thursday and the correct lighter has not arrived, nor have I received any correspondence via email. I do not appreciate being given the runaround, so shall not be ordering from VaporizerHut again.

I don’t like the fact that I can’t track my order. I tried to call multiple times yet I was sent straight to voicemail. However once I received the product (which was a little bit over a week later) it was amazing nag
