“I was in urgent need of a vaporiser as on a Friday as mine broke, unfortunately I had injured my back so couldn't make it to the store to collect. Ross was amazing I let him know of my circumstances and he took it upon himself to pick my new unit up and deliver it to me which is just incredible and I couldn't be more thankful. Highly recommended and trully a business that understands and values it's customers.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the product. Just to mention, CBD cartridges don’t produce a “high” like THC products. They’re designed more for a mild, relaxing effect, which can feel quite subtle depending on the individual. That said, I completely understand that it may not have met your expectations, and I’m sorry it didn’t work for you. “Ordered a Tempest 2 early Friday morning it arrived with the post Monday, im impressed with the delivery came days before expected, and the Tempest 2 paired with my YLL 3.0 induction heater is a brilliant combination never had so big effect off so little an amount leaps and bounds beyond my Hyperdyn, I've not used any of my other vapes since retired all my Storz and Bickle's”

“Everything all good couldn't give the full 5 as it was a day later than expected however as the price was reasonable, comms, and delivery wasn't overly late, leaving a good 4. The device I bought is amazing too. I'll likely be back at some point as the prices are very competetive.”

“Awesome service - Great Price! - I bought a Pax Flow - as the price was way cheaper than other retailers were asking. Delivery was quick, all worked as expected, however, a couple of weeks later I had an issue where it refused to boot up. I emailed asking if they knew of any fix (I had looked online but found nothing of help as the flow is so new). I received a quick reply from James, then a couple of follow ups as he liased with Pax directly, he sorted out a replacement and shipped it out to me within a couple of days. 6/5 for customer service!”
