“As I opened the box the carry case was damaged I would like this replaced I have pictures”

“Product is good but delivery is slow - courier did not contact us (no missed calls) and claimed a missed delivery when we were at home. We were then charged a 2 pound re-delivery fee when we were in fact at home.”

“I would like to begin by saying a big thank you to the owner James and his staff at Vaporiserhut for the excellent service they provided. They were by far the most knowledgeable and helpful team I dealt with when shopping around for a device I needed. They gave me very honest advice and have excellent product knowledge. Every question I had was quickly answered and felt like they genuinely cared about giving the best service possible. All the prices are extremely competitive and my device arrived the very next day. I simply can't recommend them enough, you won't find a better team anywhere.”

“I asked a question on the FB page and James replied first thing in the morning, similarly my order was shipped the morning after I ordered(as I ordered late at night) and arrived a day after that. A great service I would definitely recommend :)”
