Hi Andreas Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve checked the tracking for you (LX141932857JE), and it does show that the parcel has now arrived in Germany as of 13/04/2026, so it is very close to final delivery. As we are based in Jersey, Channel Islands, international deliveries can occasionally take a little longer than expected, but everything is moving correctly and I’m confident it should be with you very soon. Hi Barry, Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience so far. I can confirm that your order was dispatched and is on its way to you via UPS (tracking: 1ZCW71290426201022). Having checked the latest tracking update, it shows that the delivery has been rescheduled while the parcel is in transit. As the Isle of Man is considered a more remote delivery area, there can occasionally be delays with couriers, which appears to be the case here. That said, your parcel is still actively moving through the network and on its way to you. I completely understand your frustration, especially regarding communication, and I do apologise if you’ve had difficulty getting through. “I have been wanting to purchase an E-Rig for so long but it was too expensive and I needed to do my research beforehand. I came across VaporizerHut and got recommended by my best friend and turns out the Rig I wanted was on offer and available in soooo many colours! I had just stopped smoking cigs so this was a present from me to me. I am having the absolute time of my life with my purchase. It was packaged so well with fragile tape on it and bubble wrap. I was kept informed via email and it arrived in 3-5 days. Would 100% recommend and look forward to my next purchase!”

“I was in urgent need of a vaporiser as on a Friday as mine broke, unfortunately I had injured my back so couldn't make it to the store to collect. Ross was amazing I let him know of my circumstances and he took it upon himself to pick my new unit up and deliver it to me which is just incredible and I couldn't be more thankful. Highly recommended and trully a business that understands and values it's customers.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the product. Just to mention, CBD cartridges don’t produce a “high” like THC products. They’re designed more for a mild, relaxing effect, which can feel quite subtle depending on the individual. That said, I completely understand that it may not have met your expectations, and I’m sorry it didn’t work for you.
