“Good products. Delivery is a little slow”

“Absolute.nightmate trying to place order, took about hour in end ( using correct details as verified by manager) 1 person I spoke to on phone was useless, however next girl ( Bel in MK) was very helpful and got manager to call, who in turn passed me to tech support, who again was helpful, but end result was had to re-register and no one had replied to email confirming points have been migrated........lucky it's cheap or if prob not use again”

“Fast delivery on orders placed on-line. However I find you on-line ordering difficult. No search for flavours. No info on previous orders which would make it much easier to re-order.”

“I've used Vape Town before. I love the cookies and cream liquid from Criminal and it's the only online shop where I can find it. Delivery could be a bit faster though.”

“Usually I never have any problems with vape town but this order was terrible I bought bellissima and it was a complete different cookout and doesn't even taste like it I wasn't very happy at all, my order was meant to be 100ml and I got 30ml”

“Purchased a starter pack of which i was more than happy with and did the job it was supposed to do. Went to replace and was advised to upgrade to one of those huge monstrosoties that kick out more smoke than a chuffin stream train. The smoke is so harsh, the device leaks and it spits out burning particles. A cigarette seemed the safer option in the short term whilst seeking a cost effective alernative to replace the £50+ i had spent on the item.”
