“Unfortunately 6 x nicotine shots not supplied as per normal. I contacted through the vape town contact form on the website over 24hrs ago and have heard nothing as yet. I have placed numerous orders with yourselves now and nic shots are always included - did I do something wrong this time? Look forward to hearing from you.”

“Do not rate the new suppliers, small bottles of vape juice, some tops do not come of as they should, some labels peel off ,especially on tobacco flavoured, also differently coloured and some taste different.”

“I’ve bought a new Smok R-kiss kit which seems fine atm. Bought one elsewhere that lasted about 2 years but the last one from Vapetown lasted about 5 months before one of the top screws fell out and then the side bar stopped working properly. Hoping for better this time.”

“Been using Vape Town since the opening of the shop in Stony and used to be very happy with the service and quality of the juices. The last few weeks the juice which I buy, which is the same flavour as change completely from the flavour been a lot more sweet to the smell it produces. It also gave my wife and I bad soar throat giving me no alternative but to go elsewhere. Sorry Vape Towm”

“First 2 experiences wasn’t very good, I am new to vaping as I was trying to quit cigarettes. I was told all the wrong information and given the wrong advice/help. Following a further visit due to having what I thought was a faulty vape I still had no joy, I then went back a third time and saw the manager who was very helpful spent the time needed to explain about coils ect and fixed the problem. I will now only go in store when the manager is there as I know I will be given the correct information and advice needed”
