“I've always been happy in the past before the look down. I have ordered some E liquids around 2 weeks ago and I have still not received them”

“I love the vape. Have had issues with my vape pens which never got sorted so I buy from elsewhere now. I spent 3 days trying to sort my problems and never got anywhere. Still use their vape though”

“The only thing that would make you better legends is if you could make sure 0.4 tigon coils are in stock all the time (if you can’t do that just put one pack aside for me for when I need to order them) thanks in advance xoxo”

Hello Your order was shipped last Friday 17th. If you have a look on Royal Mails site there are details and reasons behind current delays in shipping and postal deliveries. Hello You ordered Monday evening so your order was shipped Tuesday via second class Royal Mail as you selected free shipping. It has been 3 working days due to Bank Holidays. Royal Mail are currently taking longer to deliver due to operational issues caused by the Covid -19 Pandemic. “My first dealing with vape town. Had ordered wotofo coils. Delivered really quickly. I also received four 10ml bottles of ejuice unexpected but I thought great and a very nice gesture. So had a look at them and 2 expired January and the other 2 February. I emailed them. But six days and no response. To me personally receiving complementary ejuice was a nice touch. But not when they are out of date hence the 3 stars for quick delivery. If they send you ejuice please check the dates first.”
