“Customer service was poor. Ordered an RDA and received the wrong colour. Initially customer service was good through email. Returned the RDA and was promised an exchange for the correct colour. Then I was sent a completely different RDA. Emailed the customer service and still have not received a reply months later. Wasted my money and time. Won't be ordering from them again and I'd advise others to do the same. They have provided poor service and then clearly just completely ignoring my complaints as an unsatisfied customer. I've asked for a refund and months later no reply and when you ring the number they provide, they just say they don't deal with online orders which is pathetic to be honest.”
