“Poor service I wouldn’t use them again. Bought a vape 6 weeks ago, it’s broken, took it in, they said they only have a 30 day warranty. Consumer law in the U.K. states all items must last a reasonable amount of time, 45 days isn’t a reasonable amount of time. They wouldn’t help. Shocking service so I’d avoid them in future. The same vape from Amazon has a 12 month warranty.”

Hello Can you please email online@vapetown.co.uk with details of your faulty product, proof of purchase and what store you visited. This review is left against a purchase for a pack of coils, we have been unable to trace your purchase for a 'vape'. Within one month, if a product is faulty and has been used as per the product instructions and not damaged or modified we will always swap out there and then in store. After the initial month the item will be sent to the manufacturer who will either replace the product or repair it, again as long as the product is faulty and has been used as per the product instructions and not damaged or modified.
