“On my last order I was sent the wrong coils. I used the Vape Town website contact form and was emailed the following day with an apology and instructions on how to return the unwanted coils, free of charge and get collection from my address. My postman arrived to pick up the return and to my delight also delivered the correct coils. No mark-down for the original mistake but top marks for the solution - well done Vape Town :-)”
