“Been using vape town for 4 years nearly last week took my pocket x vape back as it stop working after two months but they can’t anything till I find box so they can send off to be fixed don’t think I got spare box can’t see why you to need to keep it as you don’t keep boxes for other stuff. So prob won’t use again sorry for bad review but not good service”

“Had an issue with a vape I'd only had it for 2 days the girl in the shop couldn't help and said she didn't have the authority to issue a refund so I'd need to email vapetown. So I had to purchase another vape, coils, battery & a battery charger whilst this one went back. Then I get an email saying it was fine it must be me. No refund nothing clearly customer loyalty means nothing I've been using this shop since it opened.”
