I’m only sending this because vanpimps keep sending emails requesting feedback.
Overall service poor, I visited shop to get the curtains I wanted quickly. The shop took far too long then I was sent to the loading bay to stand and wait 20mins for service. Another customer also waiting who was very annoyed.
Two days later I get emails to say my order had been dispatched, which was also rubbish. Very disorganised.
