Inaccurate description of items on website. Ordered seat covers for a Vivaro 2016 supposed to fit all models after 2014 with double passenger seat. On pictures shows that it firsydouble seat and not two single passenger seats. Received seat covers that are for two individual passenger seats. Impossible to fit them. Have to be returned and get something different. Customer services don't answer the phone. Trying to sort out the return and get a refund. No reply as to when will get the refund back and left 150£ sort.

Bought a set of curtains for my Sprinter van. The behind the drivers seat curtains and associated fittings were perfect whereas the behind the passenger seat curtain set was not as good. The rails that are required don't fit, they are too short and Van Pimps customer service seemed to think that it is OK to ask the customer to straighten the rail so that it does fit. They accept that the rails need to be modified by the customer but can't seem to understand that if the curtain set was (as advertised) made to be van type and size specific then they shouldn't need to be modified by the customer - they should fit. I had to straighten the rails that were supplied and this was not a straightforward or simple task. Come on Van Pimps, make sure that the rails supplied actually fit without the requirement to modify them

Hi Robert, We're sorry to hear that you are not 100% happy with the curtain kit you have received. All of our side window curtains are made to be panel specific, however due to some of the vehicles having different variations, it may be necessary to slightly modify a curtain rail to achieve a perfect fit. We do state in the product description that modification may be necessary. It would have been nice if the windows and fitting kit came in a box/ packaging, rather than being left with a pile of unpackaged windows and various small boxes of parts for fitting on our drive in the rain.

Wasn't made to feel welcome at the shop even though the website states you are free to come and look at products. Staff didn't seem bothered about advising of up selling me products I might be interested in. Yes you are a British company but selling Turkish products. Cheap E Bay standard.

Here is my honest review. I brought two opening windows for my sprinter. The first thing to go wrong was my shipping address was labeled the same as my billing address, even though I put it down as different (this comes in to play later). After calling and asking for it to be changed, I was told I'd receive a confirmation email, I didn't. I then called again as I didn't want my windows to arrive at the wrong address, and I was told I would again receive a confirmation email, I didn't, but I was assured this was changed, great! I then receive my windows to the correct address, however they weren't in an acceptable condition. One had a decent size chip and the other had marks where the black boarder had holes in and light was then shining through. I accepted a £30 voucher for the holes in the boarder window, as I was told that covering this part of the window with the primer would solve the holes in the black boarder, I agreed and did not arrange a swap. I then accepted a swap for the chipped window. The replacement window then arrived, in Birmingham, at my billing address, (I should mention I live in Wales, so it's not like it was left with my neighbour). This was obviously due to the previous mentioned changing of the address kerfuffle at the beginning. However, this was promptly sorted and another window was arranged to be brought to me the next day. It did, and after a close inspection, I have to say again it was below the standard you'd expect. Which lead me to inspect the first (holes in the boarder damaged window) again. It seems to be the same on both windows, that the black boarder on both, when meeting the edge of the glass, is jagged and rough. I thought maybe that's how it is around the whole window? and that's normal? But in some places around the window, the black boarder meets the edge of the glass perfectly and looks as I feel it should. So in the places where it doesn't it looked poorly finished. Which may not be as big a deal to some, but call me crazy, paying for brand new, expensive windows, I expected them to be a decent finish all over when arriving, not look decent only after you've touched them up with the primer. Lastly after installing the first window, I found another tiny chip when opening the window, on the edge of the open part of the window, I guess I should have looked closer when inspecting them before installing. I did not complain about these other issues, as after going through the whole hassle with the chipped window, and the new one turning up at the wrong address, I just didn't have the energy and I also figured any other windows that were sent would also have the separate, jagged boarder issue. I’m sure, if I did complain then it would have been sorted as the staff at VanPimps have been extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole experience, however it just seemed to be the quality of the windows wasn't good enough. To sum up - great staff, friendly and helpful customer service, but the quality of all three windows received was not as good as hoped. Cheers!

Hi the plastic trim you supplied was not big enough to go over the double steel l hadn’t fitted these windows before so l presumed this was the correct trim because it was to small it held the glass to fare away from the steel although l put a full tube of sealer on each window tho one window drivers side leaks in why didn’t you supply correct trim to cover about 6mm+ very disappointed and l don’t have any idea how stop window leaking please advise thanks Trevor

The wind deflectors came without clear fitting instructions and although one of them affixed ok the other only adhered to the door at it's ends, the middle coming away from the surface of the door. I have since removed it.

The bonnet bras can be delicate when fitting and require some care and attention not to over pull them in one go, because of this they do need tightening a few times before the finish is nice and smooth. We bought curtains for the sliding door after we offered them up to the window we weren't sure they would fit we called vanpimps and they advised that they would stretch and the rails could be flatten out. It wasn't that easy and the rails krimped and they where still short we asked for a email address to send pictures but still no one got back to us very poor custom services. Was planning to buy seat covers from them but don't think we will bother.

Hi Graham, Our curtains are made to be stretched to length so that they are taut when fitted, with regards to the rails they are shaped roughly to what is needed for each panel and shouldn't have crimpled when shaped. Seat covers. How suppose fit headrest as cant get round bars on headrest due to where zip position. Also impossible to secure double seat in van when head board in.also got a type pouch thing with one slit in end & 2 round holes underneath no idea what for.had cut zips off headrest & put tie wraps on not at all happy. Gave up trying to phone company as put on hold would not buy again

Bought vivaro seat covers, i wouldn't recommend for the price, they are quite hard to fit right especially the drivers seat, at first I thought they are great but only 1 week and quality is showing.

We did of course offer to replace these however you requested a collection and refund to be processed. We arranged the collection to take place on the 19th Nov with Tuffnells. Not very good. Did not get the stuff and parts l ordered no fitting instructions. I even got a pro to fit them he was not impressed. I still have corners to fit myself. We will see. How l go on. You asked me for feed back so here it is. Not what l would call very good sorry. X. Pm

Hi Graham, sorry you were not satisfied with the replacement transit key fob that retails at £2.99 however I don't accept that this product is 'crap' when we sell 100's and get great feedback, if you are that dissatisfied why not get in touch and we will send out a replacement or issue a refund if you aren't happy with your order, we haven't heard anything from you and can't resolve issues if you don't tell us about the issue you have.
