Bought vivaro seat covers, i wouldn't recommend for the price, they are quite hard to fit right especially the drivers seat, at first I thought they are great but only 1 week and quality is showing.

Hi Alex, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not quite happy with a product that you received from us. Our seat covers can be quite difficult to fit, however this is due to the tight and quality fit that they have when fully fitted, something we think is worth the time. Orderd side bars for my ven . But come badly packed and damaged not very good poor service and still waiting for my refund

Hi Paul, thank-you for your review, please accept our utmost apologies that you received your boards damaged. We did of course offer to replace these however you requested a collection and refund to be processed. We arranged the collection to take place on the 19th Nov with Tuffnells. Not very good. Did not get the stuff and parts l ordered no fitting instructions. I even got a pro to fit them he was not impressed. I still have corners to fit myself. We will see. How l go on. You asked me for feed back so here it is. Not what l would call very good sorry. X. Pm

paid high delivery cost, almost a week and a half later my product still hasnt been delivered.

Hi Abigail, We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience shopping with us. As discussed when you contacted our support team, unfortunately the courier misrouted your parcel which led to this delay. Our Logistics team chased this up with the courier for a couple of days, and as soon as you informed us of this, to make sure that your order was back on track as quickly as possible for you. Beauracratic services over supporting the increase in an order- asking to pay for goods 1 month before they arrived at Van Pimps to secure the larder purchase deal that was offered before they realised they were out of stock.

Hi Graham, sorry you were not satisfied with the replacement transit key fob that retails at £2.99 however I don't accept that this product is 'crap' when we sell 100's and get great feedback, if you are that dissatisfied why not get in touch and we will send out a replacement or issue a refund if you aren't happy with your order, we haven't heard anything from you and can't resolve issues if you don't tell us about the issue you have. Ordered items on the 05/10/2016 still not received the items as of today 13/10/2016. Emailed them yesterday enquiring where my item is and haven't got a reply. Item was cheap but delivery is atrocious and then to not get a reply to my email not acceptable. William Gallagher

Hi WIlliam, The first contact we had from you was on Thursday night and we responded first thing Friday morning to advise the item must've been lost by Royal Mail (you ordered a key fob and they must've lost it in the post) so we sent another!!! over 95% of our orders are delivered within our timescales and we pride ourselves on a speedy delivery, sorry your item got lost but we did send out a replacement once we were made aware of this issue. Ordered van side steps for primastar LWB, arrived in good time, next day got overalls on and unpacked box, product looked good but no instructions inside. overalls off, and back in doors, to try and find instructions on web site, found general idea so overalls back on went back outside, fitted each individual shaped bracket to instructed points to near side, then fitted step, but found from front bracket to second bracket there was a gap of 1750mm, which was under the front passenger door and side sliding door. Found this to be a little unstable, and could require to have a individual designed bracket to bridge this gap. wondered if step brackets were originally for SWB and just the step treads have been made longer. Hi Chris, Thanks for your feedback, we do have fitting instructions and also a video on the 'fitting instructions' page on our website, I am glad these helped you out, the steps you purchased (LWB) should come with 3 brackets on either side so it seems you received SWB brackets (Which only need 2 brackets either side) by mistake, I have advised customer services who will call you today to resolve this and get the correct brackets in the post to you ASAP. Receiving my order of Stainless Steel wing mirror covers - Grill Strips -Door Handle covers , The latter two were ok but the issue was the so called superior Wing mirror covers , these were very flimsy and not worth the price , also luckily i had ordered the adhesive as there was no way the sticky strips would of held any of the above items in place , in fact anybody fitting these items need, wire - duck tape - and the adhesive , i also removed the sticky strips before fitting.Being impulsive i fitted them but in hindsight should of sent them back .

Quick delivery and Nice product but can't stand on them as not strong enough. One bracket had to be fabricated as petrol tank in place where you are supposed to put it. Still nice eye candy I suppose

Hi Simon, Sorry to hear that, We have sold many of these and never had this issue. They can be used for practical use like stepping to get in and out of the vehicle. With regards to fitting you shouldn't have needed to fabricate any bracket and all the correct fixing points should be there without anything in the way. please do not hesitate to contact us if needed. I ordered 2 items from vanpimps, and my credit card was actioned. However, I had a call from Maddy to say one was out of stock, would I like the other one sending? I said to keep it if the second item would be in stock soon, and send them both together as originally planned. She said it would be January before new stock arrived, so I said to keep my money and send the second item when stock was in, if it could be sent without extra carriage charge (as it was not my fault of having no stock). That would be good customer service! She turned that down.... Now the first item has arrived (on time & in good condition) there is no paperwork - no invoice, no card payment slip, no card refund slip, no compliments slip, NOTHING! So much for getting the 2 items as a Christmas present!...

Bought an item on line , paid for it, received an email with Hermes parcel delivery trucking number, Only to receive another e mail the next day stating that the item is out of stock. Not good enough???!!!

Quality of product very good, however paid for next day delivery for the item ordered before 1pm in accordance with the website, granted it was a Friday but the website did not say it wouldn't be delivered on a Saturday. Even factoring in the weekend I should of received the product on the Monday, but oh no it came pm on the Tuesday. I ordered a similar item from a competitor the same day and received it the next day.

Hi Mark, Your order was actually placed at 12.59pm on Friday 16th October and pinged through to our warehouse at 1.01pm hence it wasn't despatched until the next working day. Very disappointed I ordered a replacement key stated specifically for my van, yet when I receive it it wasn't the correct shape, vanpimps did offer a refund but the choice of a replacement that was the right fit wasn't an option and I even have to pay the return postage for a part that wasn't even right,No disrespect but the girl I spoke to was clueless to what I was trying to explain, not impressed.and disappointed.

Hi Dan, Sorry to hear the key fob wasn’t correct for your van, this item is one of our most popular and is an exact replacement for the original key fob for your van, if it wasn’t the same your key fob must be an after-market key fob, I think this is why someone in our office got confused. The chrome strips for the front of the transit grille Arnt the right shape, it's come bent on one of the ends and it doesn't stick with the sticky pads provided.. Overall feeling abit let down by this product..

Side bars for Mercedes Vito came with wrong brackets, despite calls made to vanpimps to ask about brackets and getting correct ones , no return call came !!! The bars were fitted but don't appear to be correct size , we still await a response ,
