I asked to cancel an order but was told it was already dispatched. 8 days later I got an email saying it will be dispatched that day. Tried to cancel again ...to no avail. Delivered 3 days later

We have taken a look into this for you and can see that two of your orders were placed on the 21/11/22 and the first one was shipped on the 21/11/22 and the second one was shipped on the 22/11/22. Your third order that you placed was on the 23/11/22 and this was shipped on the same day, you initially emailed us to cancel on the 27/11/22 which was after the shipping date. Wrong part sent,the inconvenience of having to send proof of someone else's mistake also having to wait in for the courier to swap the item. Delay on completion of job......

Placed a large costly order , on reviving the delivery there where bits missing , rang to enquire about missing items and was greeted by a fellow who dident seem to helpful and was short and abrupt. Also the windows that I ordered for the rear doors are completely covered in dots ? This was not stated in the description and was told “ oh well , that’s all we do for your van “ they windows are also poor quality ( cut are misshaped and curvature dosent match ) Hopefully they send the missing items out soon .

Had two items of you asked to send one back as it doesn't fit my van even though your website says it will. Also ordered some front windscreen covers the front one is OK but not great and the side ones keep falling down the magnets need to be stronger. Also sent email and web form to return items but nothing back and its been well over a week.

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced this at VanPimps. We have taken a look into this for you and i can see the correspondence with you and our customer services team with regards to the Fiat Ducato Bonnet Bra 2014> We are aware that the image on our website is of the older model and this is why we state the year in the product description and also acknowledge that the image is of an older model van in the product description and as you have been advised by our customer services team, we do state that the image shows a 2006-2014 van but the bra is designed for 2014 onwards and the onwards is depicted by the arrow head so we do give the correct information and no misleading messages. Earlier today you have been sent via email our free Royal Mail returns link for you to send this back to us, once the goods are back we shall issue you a refund. Delivery was quck. the product itself was absolutely wonderful and looked good in my van. but trying to explain to customer services that van pimps had mistakenly sent me two single seat covers and not a twin passenger seat cover. the customer services was shocking. they were clearly not listening or reading my emails.

Good afternoon Sharon, Thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look at our system and I can see you have been corresponding with our customer services department. You have a VW T5 Transporter 05 and you have ordered Transit Custom 2013 - 2020 Stealth Seat Covers, although you may be able to fit the driver's seat cover, these will not fit your T5 Transporter and our seat covers are made to fit specific vans. If you wish to return your goods, we will of course direct you to the correct seat covers for your van. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Misleading website and poor comms. I can not recommend Van Pimps. Look at their listing, it shows a grey product, even though it says black in the text the positioning of that final crucial word caused me to but the item I saw, gey. What arrived was black. They expect me to pay postage, and the email from your team is unapologetic, blames the customers and dismissive. Why is there a price range? It's all very slack and should have known not to buy. Lesson learned. If you run a business that can't compensate for postage on genuine mistakes that you have more than contributed to then you run a shoddy business. Will stick to Vanstyle, Transporter HQ and Amazon in the future.

As stated on our website in the product description - Large Elasticated Storage Net – Black. I have looked in our customer services system and I can see the correspondence with you is correct with regards to wanting to return an item and having to pay for the postage to return this as no error has been made on our behalf. With regards to our price range, this is if customers want to purchase 1 or 2 storage nets. Do not buy windows from this company! First window turned up completely broken. Replacement ended up being 'lost' by DHL. It took them multiple emails, over the course of a week to finally send out a second replacement. Finally arrives but the glass is not straight and doesn't fit flush with van. Badly made product and awful customer service.

We understand that it can be frustrating to experience an issue like that after having one window break in transit and the second parcel being lost by our courier DHL. Unfortunately the side steps didn’t compensate for a twin sliding door and the fittings were not universal for this after fitting one side that I could fit normally I noticed the over hang of the step over it’s fitting was no more than 5mm and everything was tried and I thought I was at fault but I became clear that these side steps are more for show than a weight barring step and Immediately realised I didn’t few comfortable using these on my van build ( which is not my first build) after trying to contact vanpimps via phone and email it was clear after two days I wouldn’t get through or the helpline didn’t exist. Now back from Spain I tried again finally got through and they couldn’t compensate me because of the time between purchased, this was no fault of my own . Overall this product was not strong enough as a step and if purchased it’s merely for a look not ideal for a real camper van .

We have taken a look into this for you and can see that you tried calling our Customer Services team on the 26th of June, however with this being a Saturday and outside of our opening times you left us a voice message. Our Customer Services team did try calling yourself back on the Monday the 28th and were unfortunately unable to get through and in turn left yourself a voice message with the next steps and the email address needed to get in touch with us. However we never received any follow up correspondence regarding your order until 2 months after that at which stage we are unfortunately unable to accept returns for unwanted items. Sent out wrong product then couldn’t guarantee the return for product. All after receiving a huge amount of marketing emails which would t stop when I unsubscribed.

Not as described advertised as E17 stamped E37 big difference.They charged me the delivery charges after misleading.

Hello Nicolae, The product isn't affected by this difference in the E-mark and is still the same spec as per our product description and website. The number on the E-mark simply relates to the country in which the E-mark certificate has been issued. For our supplier this used to be E17, however it looks like this has since changed to E37. Although this doesn't affect the product and the E-mark carries the same weight throughout Europe regardless of the number, we are working to update our website accordingly and apologise for any confusion caused. The windows I purchased off vanpimps didn’t fit practically well. One of the quarter panel windows was longer than the other and the rear window did not follow the contour of the van so it does stick out. I’m not happy with my purchase but as they are now bounded to the van will have to live with it.

Ordered seat covers and steering wheel cover, really excited to get them. Unfortunately due to being ill for a couple of weeks couldn't fit them straight away. Upon opening the box and starting to fit them, I realised that there were no instructions and the steering wheel cover was missing. Emailed support, who told me since it was 4 weeks since the order they will not help with any instructions or the steering wheel cover, and told me in future I should check the contents within 2 weeks. I will never use again, just lost any business for the rest of my van build (only just started)

The window come without a fixing kit and when I got in touch with you email to Ollie he told me ,,, you only get a fixing kit when you buy 2 or more windows,,, when I ordered the window my order was for window & kit ,,, I found Ollie response very poor and not caring it’s as you got my money and now move on to the next customer,,,, I got a lot more to say but I don’t think I can be bothered as I don’t think I will get a good response,,,, Michael

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately on your order you only purchased a single window for your vehicle. None of our windows come with fitting kits and u-channel included, all listings on the website are for the item described only. All of our bonding kits and u-channel are available on the website to purchase. We do have pairs of windows and full window packages available to purchase on our website, these do come with a variety of fitting kits and u-channel, either discounted or included for free depending on the package. We pointed you in the right direction on our website for the items that you needed, however you demanded these items be free of charge which we are unfortunately not able to do. Bought a curtain kit for my van which didn’t fit, the rails are the wrong shape and length and the curtain to short, they insisted it is correct which it is not, and they want me to pay for the return postage, I won’t be using vanpimps again.

Hi Paul, The curtain kit received is correct for your vehicle. As per our product description some modification may be necessary in order to fit these curtain kits. The curtains themselves can seem short when free hanging or simply offered up to the window, however they are designed to be stretched so they offer a tight finish when fitted to both the top and bottom rail. Purchased complete set of windows (4) for my new van, 3 fitted perfectly no problems, Noticed 4th after fitting was warped. Fitted perfectly on 3 corners but protruded about 10mm on 1 corner making them look mis-aligned. Also whistles when driving. Van-Pimps emailed me to ask if i was was satisfied with service/products and if any concerns to contact them before leaving a review. I emailed them back straight away to raise issue and that was a month ago, i then again emailed them today to no reply. Its as if they just dont want to know and find it very unprofessional 😞

Bought a set of wind deflectors, all the description said was to fit Ford Transit 2013 on, nothing to distinguish between type of van so I mistakenly thought they would be a universal fit, When they arrived, the label stated that they were for a 2002 - 2013 van and found they didn’t fit my van so I contacted Vanpimps. Their response was that since it was my mistake I had to organise and pay for the return and in their opinion they had sent the correct item, regardless of what the label said. Not the type of business I want to deal with and won’t in the future, ridiculous customer service

I can see that the item you received was the item that you had initially ordered from ourselves, wind deflectors for a new shape Ford Transit 2013>. It seems that there was a mis-print with the description on the product label of the goods you received, however the product code for the item you received was correct and from the images you sent we could see that the item you received was correct as per your order. As the vehicle you have is a Ford Transit Custom, the item you received is not suitable and as the item ordered is what was delivered, it is unfortunately the customers responsibility to return the item.
