“Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered 2x sliding windows for my mwb sprinter. However upon delivery, I opened the box to find one of the windows smashed. I emailed the photos over and explained my situation. The next morning a brand new one turned up, no questions asked. VANPIMPS beat everyone else on price, the service was fantastic and I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks, Tom”

“very prompt delivery no problem... good help from the lads when i had a problem and they got it sorted ,,,my only downside to this is that the fitting diagrams may as well been in chinese apart from that all ok”

“I bought side steps for the Renault Trafic SWB 2014> and a pair of side windows. The operator told me that the side steps from the earlier Trafic would fit, they do as long as you have a couple of hours to spend fabricating new brackets and a well equipped workshop in which to do it. The windows .... well, they are windows. It's pretty obvious that they arent genuine parts by the way that the black boarder doesn't follow the shape of the aperture from the inside. They look great from the outside but from the inside looking out they look rough.”

“Have ordered a couple of different items now and have been very pleased on both occasions. Items arrived quickly as stated and goods were in perfect condition. Staff were helpful with the questions i had. Would definitely recommend, i will be using van pimps again!”

“rang and spoke to a very helpful lady who i had a bit of a laugh with when i ordered our windows for our van ... very knowledgeable and very efficient... use them again??? oh yes ... only thing i would say is a small note of guidance for fitting to the van i.e cut lines ... would be helpful”

“First order 50% of the items were damaged and not delivered, 50% of the items that did arrive were also damaged. Unable to get through to customer services for 4 hours - sales line were unhelpful the first time round. The second time they eventually logged a ticket. Returning the part that we delivered faulty was made difficult, would not send packing but would not accept without. We needed to transport the windows ourselves but had the give the box up to return it. When we put the windows in the siding part of the near side window was not center to the rest of the window so there for did not fit the van correctly. Seems that standard trims are just sent with all sets as even though we ordered for a specific type of can the trims we far to small and we had to purchase our own else where. Ordered four windows, was only sent two cleaning wipes (after paying over £600 I would have expected a wipe for each window) Over all very dissatisfied and will not be using them for future project and will not be recommending. If anything I would advise to avoid.”
