Hi Michael, I appreciate you were waiting a long time for your products, however when you ordered these they were purchased on 'Backordered' which means they are out of stock, you then would have received a phone call asking if you wanted a refund or if you were happy to wait the time until they are back in stock, which you were. I appreciate that 3 months is a long time and i do apologise but we had a few set backs with the delivery of these unfortunately. You would have been made aware of any delays and offered a refund at every point in case you were not happy to wait the length of time. If you were not happy with the product you are of course more than welcome to send it back to us for a full refund. I'm sorry you are unhappy with the product. Kindest regards Vanpimps.

“my initial comments about my purchased product "van curtain" was met with what could only be described as child like excuses in that the state of the packaging was blamed on the delivery company.. The delivery company did not package the curtain in a poorly taped oversized box , namely six foot tall and 18 inches wide. Ridiculous by any standard. A small footnote, packaging tape should be stuck to both edges of the cardboard. What arrived looked like a nursery school project. The lack of pre drilled holes in the top rail was blamed on your supplier. Was told to tap the rail into place with a mallet because it did not fit properly, fair enough if tapping was all that was required but had to completely reshape the bottom rail. Also told it was supposed to be a snug fitted curtain. Snug does not explain having a 4 inch gap between the bottom of the curtain and the bottom rail. The strain on the seams. is frightening. So much so that I dare not fully close the curtain. Would have returned instantly but feared no response and losing my money from a company that has no pride in their products or packaging. Poor,poor,poor. That said, it did arrive on time. WOW. Little recompense thou. Needless to say I will not be using you again or recommending you to anybody. Your loss as I am completely refurbishing my van out and will be using a more reputable company”

Hi Tony, Thanks for your review. We take all feedback on board. I'm sorry that you were not happy with how your product or how it was packed, however we pack all of these products in larger boxes as its the only box we have that the rails will fit in. The box would have left our warehouse in perfect condition as we take pride in how we pack our products trying to prevent damage upon delivery, if the box came to you not looking its best that of course would be because its is packed onto the back of a lorries along with other boxes and sometimes unfortunately the boxes do get damaged. The bottom rail would have been curved to the van however not all contours of van are the same so a little adjustments do need to be made. The curtains are a very snug fit, they are supposed to fit tight, i appreciate some curtains are made smaller and if we are made aware of this we swap the curtain for you. Of course if your are not happy with the product you are more than welcome to send it back to us for a full refund. Please accept my upmost apology. “Hello I am pleased with the Apollo side bars I received . But you sent me no instructions to fit them after a number of phone calls you emailed me some which do not really explain a lot which will make fitting them a lot harder . Wish I had not bought them off you . Yours S Sheehan.”

Hi Stanley, Many thanks for your review. I am glad that you are happy with the side bars. Unfortunately we only have the instructions that we are provided with. We can try and advise you as much as we can however we are purely an online supplier and we haven not fitted these ourselves either. We are getting vans in and fitting parts to them so we can make our own instructions with more detail, if you would like to wait for us to do this and then send you different ones over, we can do that. “Good finish on the parts bought One handle tool has tool marks in the handle,I havent fitted them on my van. When fitting I have your PU 50 mastic do i remove your glue strips or use both. David.”

“First class service from the folk at van pimps. Silly me ordered the wrong side steps for my van, ordered rhe short wheel base, but needed the long wheel base. Got in touch with Shannon at van pimps and she was really helpful about sending them back, gave me all the info I needed. So now I have the ones I want, so all is good. Thank you van pimps. “Exellent product, giving a top class finish making the van stand out. Would have no issues in using the products again. If I could offer a very very small criticism is that there was only one alcohol wipe in each box for two windows but that's all I could find wrong, please don't take this a an issue but maybe something to improve on. Very very good.”

“Customers have 3 times pulled my sliding door of the rails of a renault traffic taxi. Parts needed were quick to ordered late at night online. Delivery prompt They Use ( my Hermes) which i like because they wait till i gate to the gate. They Do not ring, card and run”
