“Poor quality glass on a vivaro rear qtr glass don't fit the best Not like previous glass I have had off diffrent suppliers Glass seemed bowed and won't sit flush”

“Very nice piece of stainless steel! Not so sure about having to buy extra adhesive (because of the British adverse weather conditions??) Easy to negotiate website. Good and quick delivery service.”

“Bonnet bra is a good fit, I fitted it yesterday 5.6.12 hottest day of the year to follow their instructions. Securing tags are ok but one niggle is the centre front!! right where the bonnet catch/release mechanism is. Tie down rope could do with a little diagram as ' diagonal isn't really helpful. After fitting noticed that the stitching was unravelling on one side of the seam.”

“Spent £250 on parts, first no instructions with the parts then brackets were missing. I phoned and got told it would take 4 working days to receive missing parts! Terrible service. I wouldnt use again. After having to complain they agreed to send missing parts quicker.”

Hi Mandy, Sorry for the inconvenience caused with your order, you were advised that our standard small parcel courier is MyHermes who can take up to 4 working days to deliver goods but as you needed urgently we sent them via our next day courier, this was not a problem and we were happy to help and assumed you were happy with this solution, we apologise if this wasn't the case.

Hi Garry, Sorry your first order was damaged, our couriers verify our parcels leave our premises in pristine condition and with more than adequate protection but through the courier networks unfortunately damages occur. “Box open at one end when delivered and bolts missing, kit is not bolt on with no drilling as described. Service from tele sales lady good but after service very poor. Had to get a professional fitting service fo supply missing parts and carry out installation.”

Hi Michael, Apologies if the parcel arrived damaged, we sent our replacement parts ASAP so you could get your bars fitted. As we sell hundreds of this type of bar for your van we are unsure why you had to drill your van, all our bars require NO DRILLING and fix to existing fixing points on your van, we provide PDF guides and a video on our website which shows you how and where to fit the bars and most customers have no problems fitting them themselves, I am sorry this wasn't the case with you.
