“Received my item with the box torn up badly and two items missing (couriers fault). Contacted customer service and Ollie Stimpson in support service sorted it very quickly. Very impressed.”

“Very quick delivery. The side bars were very reasonably priced with outstanding quality. Fitting was as easy as it could be with only having to drill 1 hole each side and the end result was stunning. Would recommend this company as my experience has been delightful.”

“From enquiry to delivery vanpimps were fab. I fitted the window with my friend. My van is a 1996 Hiace and although the Vanpimps window is for later models which are slightly less curved with extra selant and overnight bracing it looks great and no leaks. Great company, great people, great product.”

“Quick delivery considering bank holiday, Key fob was broken however. Running boards for my vito look very good quality but the instructions are a total joke. I recived a poor quality photocopy of six pics with no reference to how they are assembled or a parts list as I have extra parts that aren't shown on the pictures. I've had to guess how they go together unfortunately the rain this weekend has stopped me fitting them to my van. UPDATE spoken with customer service and they emailed me some clear pictures out. Plus they generously give me a £15 for the damaged key fob thank you. If you have any problems customer service is excellent end of the day any company is good when things go right what makes a great company is how quick they respond to a problem and correct that problem. Spot on thanks”

Hi Stephen, Glad you were pleased with the speedy delivery and quality of the sidebars, sorry about the damaged key fob, if you contact customer services we will send out a replacement for you. In terms of the fitting instructions sorry these were not helpful, we do have other instructions on our website and if you again contact customer services we will assist with solving your fitting issues. “Sorry for late review,but have been away for a while.I ordered side windows and fitting kits for my Vauxhall Vivaro,and was amazed at how quickly the order was processed and delivered.When they arrived the packaging was really impressive,with very little chance of being damaged,as such a fragile product.Anyway a brilliant company to deal with,and look forward to dealing with them again in the near future. “I purchased a new Peugeot Boxer van to convert to s six seater in total, to make the van look a little more individual I purchased the chrome mirror cover and the a rear number plate trim cover. Must say that all looks really good. ????”
