“Box open at one end when delivered and bolts missing, kit is not bolt on with no drilling as described. Service from tele sales lady good but after service very poor. Had to get a professional fitting service fo supply missing parts and carry out installation.”

Hi Michael, Apologies if the parcel arrived damaged, we sent our replacement parts ASAP so you could get your bars fitted. As we sell hundreds of this type of bar for your van we are unsure why you had to drill your van, all our bars require NO DRILLING and fix to existing fixing points on your van, we provide PDF guides and a video on our website which shows you how and where to fit the bars and most customers have no problems fitting them themselves, I am sorry this wasn't the case with you. “Can't make a comment at the moment as still waiting on the windows !!!! I was called by customer services after we placed the order to say you had received the payment and order and was told , as I suspected you didn't have them in stock .... But assured me they would be in stock after the 9th .. I assumed it would be the 9th of May but was never told what month !!!! As I said I'm still waiting ......”

“Wrong windows shipped first time but easily and rapidly resolved at no cost to me - these things happen, else would have been excellent. Windows supplied are an excellent fit and seem well made, I bought slide opening windows for a sprinter.”

“First time I have ventured into installing a new window in my van and went for the tinted privacy with sliding window for a transit van. The lady who took my order advised on materials and and the window arrived the next day as promised well packaged and before 10am. Watched the installation videos on the website and got to work. Don't have much knowledge of the glass quality but it is flawless. The window is awesome and the lads at work have given the two thumbs up for the styling and how easy it was too install. Van pimps gave me the confidence to buy from them a very competive great quality product with service second to none. Saving now towards installing a second window, completing my project! Thanks again Van Pimps, your service is a great example of how the rest should follow. Thanks!”

“The products and delivery i found were spot on. Very good quality products however, there were no instructions in with the running board brackets and although i'm a practical person it would save me alot of time if i could have some. Are they downloadable? Could you please advise. Thanks in advance. Chris”

“Purchased some curtains for my Renault traffic delivery was spot on there next day there was a fitting pack missing sent e mail and new pack sent out that day required some fitting instructions just to be sure and e mailed to me that day quick response and product looks great”

Hi Mike, we received your order on 24/3 and the goods were shipped that day, unfortunately as it was the Easter weekend the next working day for you to receive the goods was Tuesday 29th, so I trust you have received your goods and are happy with your purchase. Thanks Vanpimps

“Ordered van side steps for primastar LWB, arrived in good time, next day got overalls on and unpacked box, product looked good but no instructions inside. overalls off, and back in doors, to try and find instructions on web site, found general idea so overalls back on went back outside, fitted each individual shaped bracket to instructed points to near side, then fitted step, but found from front bracket to second bracket there was a gap of 1750mm, which was under the front passenger door and side sliding door. Found this to be a little unstable, and could require to have a individual designed bracket to bridge this gap. wondered if step brackets were originally for SWB and just the step treads have been made longer. Mr C Lincs”

Hi Chris, Thanks for your feedback, we do have fitting instructions and also a video on the 'fitting instructions' page on our website, I am glad these helped you out, the steps you purchased (LWB) should come with 3 brackets on either side so it seems you received SWB brackets (Which only need 2 brackets either side) by mistake, I have advised customer services who will call you today to resolve this and get the correct brackets in the post to you ASAP. “we ordered citroen relay curtain kits......you sent us fiat ducato...they dont fit. and charged us £20 post. RUBBISH........TOTAL RUBBISH”

Hi Tim, In actual fact a Citroen Relay and Fiat Ducato is the same van other than the front grill and badge, so the curtains should fit your vehicle, however feel free to get in touch to resolve this, not sure why you were charged £20 postage unless you were non mainland UK but get in touch and we will assist you.
