“Very disappointed I ordered a replacement key stated specifically for my van, yet when I receive it it wasn't the correct shape, vanpimps did offer a refund but the choice of a replacement that was the right fit wasn't an option and I even have to pay the return postage for a part that wasn't even right,No disrespect but the girl I spoke to was clueless to what I was trying to explain, not impressed.and disappointed.”

Hi Dan, Sorry to hear the key fob wasn’t correct for your van, this item is one of our most popular and is an exact replacement for the original key fob for your van, if it wasn’t the same your key fob must be an after-market key fob, I think this is why someone in our office got confused. “absolute fabulous service, i live in Inverness, Scotland and most companies wont post items this far north without a silly inflated postage charge, i ordered 5 large windows and various other items, 3 very large boxes to be exact. the postage was £14.00. the best is the items arrived within 24 hrs. other companies should take note. its this kind of service that keeps customers coming back to yourselves. thanks again chris”

“i ordered side steps and chrome handles from you last week and they came on time which was great,but then i gave them to my fitter and when he opened the box there was no bracketts or the right nuts and bolts. i did call your office and the girl on reception was very helpfull and apolagised about the fault and resent the bolts and screws which she said would take 2 days.think some one in the warehouse messed up..im quite ok about it but its put the job i had 2 days behind.and my customer isnt too happy.anyway thats my review and hope you can take account of this complaint so it dont happen in the future.regards.mr.lyons..”

“I bought some chrome handles for my trafic van , they were a bit scratched upon delivery but I cannot be bothered with hassle of sending things back. So I just gave them a polish and put them on , really easy to put on and they look awesome . But I will buy from van pimps again I'm after the side bars next.”

“Order turned up roof bars and side stepsvno fitting brackets in box even tho it said it had been checked before dispatch.had to wait for brackets when they turned up was missing parts.went to fitcroof hhars and brackets hhroke due to flimsy design can't get spares won't be using this site again.”

Hi Jason, I was the person you spoke to. You rang up with missing brackets and i sent them out next day (which i offered my upmost apology for this). you then rang and said you had parts missing to which i asked for photos of the ones you had so i could send the ones missing, you told me you had no internet access to send the pictures. I offered and tried to help you however you left a negative review and didn't give me the chance to.

“Fantastic service! The Vivaro windows that I ordered arrived incredibly quickly and I was kept informed of progress from the point of ordering to delivery. They were brilliantly packaged and were even followed up an email that offered to help if there was a problem. First class, only hope the van is as fast as your service!”
