“Found the ordering process simple and received the correct part as requested and it arrived within the timeframe stated. Fitted the part without drama and continued with life ,almost boring ! The rest of my day not so smooth , which did not involve your good selves ,think its called balance ! yours Dave Wills.”

“A mistake was made on the correct side step ordered for my vivaro and i phoned up to change it and had no hassles in another being sent out very promptly with no restocking or carriage fee. All in all a very professional company with excellent customer care just what you want. Keep up the good work VAN PIMPS.”

“Receiving my order of Stainless Steel wing mirror covers - Grill Strips -Door Handle covers , The latter two were ok but the issue was the so called superior Wing mirror covers , these were very flimsy and not worth the price , also luckily i had ordered the adhesive as there was no way the sticky strips would of held any of the above items in place , in fact anybody fitting these items need, wire - duck tape - and the adhesive , i also removed the sticky strips before fitting.Being impulsive i fitted them but in hindsight should of sent them back .”

“Quick delivery and Nice product but can't stand on them as not strong enough. One bracket had to be fabricated as petrol tank in place where you are supposed to put it. Still nice eye candy I suppose”

Hi Simon, Sorry to hear that, We have sold many of these and never had this issue. They can be used for practical use like stepping to get in and out of the vehicle. With regards to fitting you shouldn't have needed to fabricate any bracket and all the correct fixing points should be there without anything in the way. please do not hesitate to contact us if needed. “I ordered 2 items from vanpimps, and my credit card was actioned. However, I had a call from Maddy to say one was out of stock, would I like the other one sending? I said to keep it if the second item would be in stock soon, and send them both together as originally planned. She said it would be January before new stock arrived, so I said to keep my money and send the second item when stock was in, if it could be sent without extra carriage charge (as it was not my fault of having no stock). That would be good customer service! She turned that down.... Now the first item has arrived (on time & in good condition) there is no paperwork - no invoice, no card payment slip, no card refund slip, no compliments slip, NOTHING! So much for getting the 2 items as a Christmas present!...”

“The delivery time and communication were great but the packaging of the product and product itself were really flimsy and the chrome bumper cover came with a kink in it but I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back and waiting for a replacement .”

“The service and delivery are superb, the windows look good but are not a good fit. You supply 2 tubes of adhesive for the pair of windows. Assuming that one does each window. The bead of adhesive has to be that deep that even one and a half were needed for 1 window. The adhesive was so hard to gun on I think it was on it's way being past it's sell by date. In the end I had to get my mates son who is a windscreen fitter to fit them using his own adhesive. Even he said they were not a good fit and needed far to much bead of glue. They do look nice now fitted apart from the gap shown on the inside.”

Hi Rob, Thanks for your review. This is the first i have heard of this, If you sent us an email or called one of us in the office would have been more than happy to assist with this and help rectify the problem. One tube of bonding adhesive should be more than enough for each window and with regards to the sell by date i have been down to the warehouse and all the ones that we have are with a sell by date of 2016/17. “Just a few lines to say 'thanks' for the windows you recently supplied for my Vauxhall Vivaro van. Fitting was delayed after delivery due to a few unforseen circumstances, but I have now had the opportunity to fit the windows over the past couple of days. Apart from the black sticky mess from the sealant, the job went extremely well! I think a whole box of rubber gloves should be advised and these should be changed regularly during the fitting process. The windows are top quality. They transform the appearance of the van and were a perfect fit. I purchased a reciprocating saw which allowed me to follow the profile of the window cut-outs. The 'fitting' kit provided with the windows made life easy. The only issue I had was that the 'double skin' of the outer an inner bodywork was in places a little wide for the edging trim. It could have done with being a little wider profile. That said, the whole job looks very professional and you wouldn't know that the windows weren't factory fit. I'm very pleased with the results and already I've had approving comments from friends and neighbours. Your customer service was excellent, prices were very keen and delivery was made extremely quickly. All in all I am a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be buying more from your range of van styling parts. Thanks again. Best wishes. Steve from Devon.”
