“Product very good, delivery not so good checked to see when it was being delivered and they said they had tried twice but I was in all day and didn't even card my house.”

“I bought a privacy side door window for my conversion and Vanpimps were competitive on price, good instruction video. Unfortunately the first glass they sent got smashed by the courier, they sent another one straight out. Good company to deal with.”

Hi David, Many thanks for your review, we do like to hear feedback and what our customers thought of the product and service- Please accept my upmost apology that you didn't receive a wipe or any instructions. However if you had called to let us know we would have of course been more than happy to send out a wipe. Unfortunately we dont have any instructions for the rear grab handles but we would have been more than happy to advise you on this. Kindest regards, Vanpimps.

“the rails are of good quality the only thing that lets them down is the spacers I have sprayed them with two pack epoxy paint and stove them, hope this will prevent them from going rusting the other thing is there are no instructions on how they are fitted so I am hoping it is straight forward enough as I have not fitted them yet otherwise everything else is ok. Regards Phil”

Hi Phil, The spacers should not rust as they are Stainless Steel. By all means i can email you over some instructions. The existing holes are already in your roof. If you have any trouble please do not hesitate to contact us. Kindest regards, Vanpimps

“Product was not good quality,(side bars and cross bars) one roof bar was scratched, poor fittings, no instructions. No response to emails. Rubbish.”

Hi Mark Many thanks for your review, after looking into this matter further I can confirm that my colleague did respond to your email explaining that we didn't have any instructions for the wing bars at that point, however the following day she did email several pictures to you of the wing bars and how they should be assembled. As you did not reply we assumed you had received the emails and were able to fit the wing bars. Also in the email that was received you did not mention that you had any damage to your roof bars, if you had of course we would have been more than happy to rectify this for you. “Items were delivered quickly. Step covers are not as described or pictured, roof bars do not fit properly, instructions were as good as useless and do not even look the same as the bars in the box, the quality of the plastic parts supplied with the roof bars was terrible bits of excess plastic had to be removed, overall really dissappointed!”

Hi David, Many thanks for your review. Of course we take feedback on board- I believe you were communicating with one of the ladies in the office with regards to these issues at which she was trying to help and did advise that if you were not happy with the products you could send them back to us for a full refund, within the space of a few hours you had sorted the roof rails yourself and fitted them and told us you didn't want to send the step plates back. Of course we do apologise that you were not happy with the products you received. However we did try our best to help you. Kind Regards Vanpimps.

“Good contact with costumer service, no problem with a product, quick delivery. Is pity, that you can't ship to Ireland (post code not compatible) I had to drive to Northern Ireland to pick it up. Thank you Andrew”
