“Great service from the shop.packeging was great window fitted and looked great. Bad courier service. Promised to deliver on Thursday. Then Friday and Saturday never got it till Tues. 🙃”

“Ordered the seat covers for our Relay camper. Was not sure what to expect as have tried a few from other sources and they ripped before they were fully fitted. Not with VanPimps, the quality of the product for the cost is exceptional. Going to order steering wheel cover to finish off the cab. Highly recommend.”

“Hi there. I recently fitted 4 windows to my 2017 long wheelbase citroen relay. 2 large windows behind driver and passenger side and 2 of your universal windows in side panels at the back. Disappointed to find no instructions whatsoever and no template for either tyoe of window and when i asked customer services they said take a look at you tube. Not good for someone who has never fitted bonded windows before. Never the less this i did and i got them all in after a lit of patience and measuring. Anyway im happy with the large windows they look great with no leaks but im afraid to say il be taking the universal windows out and replacing them with sonething better. Why, because no matter what i did they wouldn't sit flush with bodywork and they stick out showing the bonding underneath. Sorry to say i wont be buying your Windows again as no help whatsoever with fitting etc and to be told to go and watch you tube is just not on. Arrived damaged on first delivery but another set was sent out straight away.”

Good afternoon Graham, We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our windows. With regards to the fitting instructions, we do have a fitting video on our website to guide customers through the process as well as on YouTube you will find a lot of fitting videos with both the recessed windows and the universal windows but if unsure we would recommend to speak to a fitting company. The template is in the inside panel of your van with the recessed windows, the universal windows are not recessed. Once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused. VanPimps.

“Fast delivery, replacement key she'll for transit mk7 fits perfectly and means I can put key back on a keyring ( the loop on the original was broken). Maybe I'll not lose my key so much 🤣 Highly recommended.”

“I ordered two side windows for a VW Crafter, and both arrived in good time and without damage. I also bought the instalation kit. Happy with the service and purchase. I'm also doing a full installation video on YouTube, if you search oakwood garden rooms. I've never done anything like this before, so very happy with the ease of installation.”
