“I asked to cancel an order but was told it was already dispatched. 8 days later I got an email saying it will be dispatched that day. Tried to cancel again ...to no avail. Delivered 3 days later”

Good afternoon Stephen, Many thanks for your comments. We have taken a look into this for you and can see that two of your orders were placed on the 21/11/22 and the first one was shipped on the 21/11/22 and the second one was shipped on the 22/11/22. Your third order that you placed was on the 23/11/22 and this was shipped on the same day, you initially emailed us to cancel on the 27/11/22 which was after the shipping date. “Hi disappointed with the splitter purchased as not the one pictured in the photo on your website initially I thought I had ordered the wrong one and reordered to find the same one delta second time. I have emailed about the issue but no response.”

“Excellent experience overall. I had a problem with part of my glass order being broken during carriage. Customer services were on the case immediately and arranged for replacement to be sent without delay. The product quality is excellent with perfectly finished glass, I have bought from others in the past where this hasn't been the case. I would definitely recommend VanPimps in the future.”
