“Delivery was excellent. Product was carefully checked and in perfect brand new condition. 3 parts to this equation to make it work, 1st, a good company to buy from, 2nd, a great product and 3rd, execution of installation which will be my part but as long as you follow instructions exactly and take your time, I'm confident it'll look amazing.”

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced this at VanPimps. We have taken a look into this for you and i can see the correspondence with you and our customer services team with regards to the Fiat Ducato Bonnet Bra 2014> We are aware that the image on our website is of the older model and this is why we state the year in the product description and also acknowledge that the image is of an older model van in the product description and as you have been advised by our customer services team, we do state that the image shows a 2006-2014 van but the bra is designed for 2014 onwards and the onwards is depicted by the arrow head so we do give the correct information and no misleading messages. Earlier today you have been sent via email our free Royal Mail returns link for you to send this back to us, once the goods are back we shall issue you a refund. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. VanPimps.

“Windows were well packaged and delivered fast with no damage. All windows in good order and plenty of adhesive and trim for both in the bonding kits. I was missing the latch form the opening window I ordered but once I questioned this (I was unsure if it was not included) they apologies and sent me a latch immediately. Very happy !”

“Ordered the ‘Vauxhall Vivaro Pair Of Privacy Tinted Opening Windows With FREE Fitting Kit’ on the 27 August and it was delivered on the 31st by DHL safe and sound. Very impressive. Well packaged, and easy to follow instructions (though the illustrations could be larger - could be just my eyes!) straight forward to fit. They look superb, and are great quality!”

“Van Pimps have always delivered promptly and the windows and curtains and Reimo table leg were of good quality and have stood the test of time. However the rubber penny flooring is yet to impress me and on laying it only last week it seems that it wont be very durable to withstand bikes and the usual things that go in a van garage. It seems to have a very thin top layer. I do understand however that proper rubber flooring would be three times more expensive. This is a cheaper option if its well looked after might be ok but the jury is out. As with all deliveries still would like to see more eco friendly packaging. Non plastic tape for example.”
