“Placed a large costly order , on reviving the delivery there where bits missing , rang to enquire about missing items and was greeted by a fellow who dident seem to helpful and was short and abrupt. Also the windows that I ordered for the rear doors are completely covered in dots ? This was not stated in the description and was told “ oh well , that’s all we do for your van “ they windows are also poor quality ( cut are misshaped and curvature dosent match ) Hopefully they send the missing items out soon .”

“Hi ordered a full window kit for Ford Transit Custom. I ordered them over the phone and the girl was really pleasant and helpful. My parcels arrived a day earlier than expected. I've not fitted them yet but opened up and checked the parcels which were well wrapped and no damage. I tried all the windows in their positions and the all fit perfectly. The windows look great and were as advertised and I can't wait to fit them. Will post an other review when I get them fitted. As for Van Pimps I give them 10 out of 10 and would advise anyone to have confidence in ordering stuff from them. Great work folks and thank you for your service”

“Very pleased with the service VanPimps gave. The item l wanted was not in stock, they emailed me back when it came to stock. Phoned the order through very good operator, unfortunately the item was wrong when delivered but they arranged postage, sent proof the right one was sent straight out, very pleased”

“Didn't realise ordered l shape but wanted c shape,have been on holiday since Thursday 5th, was supposed to arrive Tuesday before holiday, but didn't arrive until Thursday, when I was on holiday,would have noticed my error before holiday,if it had arrived on time.”

Good morning Gordon, We have taken a look at your order and we can see that we dispatched your order on the Monday and was due for delivery on Tuesday however the courier DHL had delayed the delivery, this is out of our control unfortunately, apologies for this. “I bought the window deflectors for my sprinter. Arrived promptly although they didn’t send a tracking number so I had to wait for the courier to let me know on the day of delivery. Minor issue in the wider scale of things. The wind deflectors were great. Followed the instructions for fitting on the video on Van Pimps for the first window but fitted the second from the bottom upwards (so it slides into the top of the window then you deal with the front side. Much easier. All fitted in about five minutes. Super easy and really has made a difference to the wind noise at speed. Good quality product and would recommend.”
