“Hi , I attempted to fit my universal windows to the rear of my sprinter van this past weekend but unfortunately, the J channel window trim which you advised is best suited for this type of window due to its thinner lip on one side allowing more area on the window for the bonding is too wide for a single skin. It would be fine for a double skin but often the areas where universal windows are installed are nearly always single skin! Luckily I had some general purpose single skin channel which had a narrower lip which worked fine. In hindsight the single skin you supplied for the main side windows would have been better! I now have two lengths of J channel which I do not need. My advise to you would be to supply single skin J channel. However, the windows are top quality and I was very pleased with the fast delevery. And the communications I had on the phone. Best regards Dave.”

“I bought a pair of rear windows for our 2021 Renault Trafic Business + I can only review the ordering process and the delivery as this is my retirement project :-) and I will be fitting them in September. Your website is very user friendly, your phone sales team were very helpful and i cnnot fault your delivery service. The windows were very well packed and complete with the fixings that were recommended to me. I will be placing another order in the very near future.”

“I am impressed with the speedy delivery of which my windows have arrived phoned mid morning on Monday was delivered before I got home on Tuesday my only regret was I never ordered the sealing/ bonding glue it would great if someone from your team could offer some assistance with this however I can order if you would be so kind as to send a link”

“Absolutely love the products, but the packaging was very poor. Our windows arrived with the cardboard open and the glass falling out of them. The staples used all pulled through the card. The orange glass edge protector was all hanging off and were worried about damage. I shall be starting to fit the windows over the next couple of weeks and really hope there not chipped! Will keep you posted! Overall we love the products and website but packaging needs attention. The delivery driver even commented on this was the condition he picked them up in.”

“Customer service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful! Sadly the Fiat Ducato rear window blinds I received, were missing a row of hangers - but they sent them out for next day delivery. The top and bottom rails weren’t a great fit and it was very difficult to get the stop ends into them. Then, the end of one of my top rails needed filing as there was excess metal and dried paint on the end, making it impossible to thread the hangers. 10/10 for customer service, but 5/10 for the product. Sorry guys, it took me twice as long to fit them thanks to the issues.”
