Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. We can confirm that our windows for the Renault Master 1997-2010 model are oversized windows, meaning they cover the whole panel, not just the recessed area. “Products are very high quality and easy to use as a moderately experienced DIYer. It would be good to have an instruction sheet with the windows detailing the ideal placement (distance from the edge etc) of the sealant on the van / glass and some kind of cutting template for the side windows that have a rectangular shape but a smaller non-darkened “viewing” portion. Hope that makes sense.”
