“I brought wind deflectors for my van, they were not the type i wanted as the picture was misleading, I spoke direct to van pimps and I'm getting a full refund once they get back, happy days... in the mean time I've ordered and fitted mirror covers for my vito, next I'm getting grill covers... Its so good to get first class service ... thanks Vanpimps. Mark Powell, West Lavington.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your lovely review. Regarding the Vito wind deflectors it does clearly state on the product that the image is for illustrative purposes only as we have yet to receive or take any pictures of our ones as you can image we sell a lot of products for a lot of vans, we are however building up a portfolio of our product on the relevant vehicles it just takes a little time.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for the great review. As for the fitting instructions i am sorry they are the ones our supplier send us, we are however putting together a fitting instruction guide on the website, but as you can imagine its trying to find the vans to do these but we are getting there.

“The windows I ordered were out of stock at the time of order, but the very next day (Monday morning) I had a call from Claire to let me know the situation. I was offered a full refund, or the choice of waiting for the windows to arrive. I chose to wait, and although the windows took a little longer than I expected, I was kept in the loop with phone calls along the way. The windows arrived and I have to say they are great quality (and trust me, I know - I fit hundreds of van windows during the week!) Great service and great product!”

“I'm really not one to complain but I ordered the VW Amarok Black Aluminum Roof Rail and Crossbar Set. The quality is simply shocking as the two profiles of the bars differ along their length. Further, one of the front cast aluminum components is loose and just comes away from the rail (it basically dropped off!) and one of the fixing hole's has not been drilled correctly such that the supplied fixing bolt will not pass through the aperture. To suggest 'Vanpimps' pride themselves on their attention to detail leaves something to be desired at best. I have emailed Vanpimps but I have not had the courtesy of a response as yet.”

“The chrome strips for the front of the transit grille Arnt the right shape, it's come bent on one of the ends and it doesn't stick with the sticky pads provided.. Overall feeling abit let down by this product..”

“The window I bought was great, very easy to fit and looks good. The packaging it came in was a little messy inside, parts of the foam had not set.”

“I get the reason why you would use building foam to pack glass in boxes but some of it doesn't dry and is very hard to get off your hands when removing packaging , but that said super service and well priced product !”

Hi Paul Thank you for your review, The reason for using the foam is so that it sets and protects the glass from damage, but we will take your comments on board.
