“The rack turned up ok Firstly no instructions, ok its not very complicated but would have saved some time working it out Secondly you used hex bits for the front and torx for the rear, why? Its a PITA as I have to go and buy torx bits now to fit Lastly, the rear hole cut on one of the rails is in the wrong place and so the torx bolt wont fit through (the lip catches and wont go through despite wiggling) Feels like a cheap product with poor design”

“I got a great deal on two sliders for my Transit. Fitted both in an afternoon using fixing kits supplied. Very helpful and friendly sales and customer service team. All round a very positive experience.”

“Excellent service all round,ordered 2 sets of windows on a wednesday ,both were delivered on friday as advised.1 set was wrong due to my error but they took them back at their cost and refunded the money without any hassle.The set that was good I fitted following instructions supplied and they look great”
