“It is very reassuring to deal with a company who are so professional. It is obvious that they care about customer relations. Darren was especially helpful, providing very positive help, taking the time to forward photographs of what I was about to order. The order arrived very quickly, and well packaged. “Excellent service all round,ordered 2 sets of windows on a wednesday ,both were delivered on friday as advised.1 set was wrong due to my error but they took them back at their cost and refunded the money without any hassle.The set that was good I fitted following instructions supplied and they look great”

“Had a small problem with incorrect size windows sent, But I was so impressed by the way the team sorted it out and all done within the same day, amazing service, I had a fitter booked to fit windows and vanpimps bent over backwards to sort out, fantastic windows look great quality product, Highly recommended to all you can buy with confidence Wish all company's could give the same service. “Website really user friendly - uses pictures / arrows to point to part on van so you know you are ordering the correct item, checkout confirms all items in basket before order processed and delivery really fast, goods very well packed, Thanks Van Pimps, we have had the windows we purchased fitted today - they look great !”
