“Ordered some camper an curtains and rails. Delivery was really quick. We made a mistake with a rail. Phoned company and they were really helpful. Ordered more rail which again arrived really quickly. Great company.”

“Customer service is very poor(phone line straight to answer phone comparitivly slow to deal with emails and alsoslow to dispatch...most better company's do next day delivery not3 + day. Quality control not all it should be sent a window obviously faulty ( see through ceramic border,when replacement arrived it also had minor fault in ceramic border. I bought edging bead and adhesive elsewhere at a better price. On a positive note windows fit well and look good.3 windows Ducato 2020”

Good afternoon, Many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry that you feel this way. We can see that you contacted us with regards to the issue on Monday 30th of January at 13.30pm and we responded back to you on the Tuesday 31st of January at 12.50 pm to apologise and a replacement window was issued that day. Your replacement order was dispatched on the 1st of February and delivered to you the following day. We cannot see any correspondence from you to advise of the minor fault on the replacement window, please email support@vanpimps.co.uk and our support team will be able to assist with this. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. VanPimps.
