“Poor quality glass on a vivaro rear qtr glass don't fit the best Not like previous glass I have had off diffrent suppliers Glass seemed bowed and won't sit flush”

“Ordered 4 windows one came broke and one came chipped, Don't know who was to blame. But Shannon handled the situation well and I eventually received all my glass in one piece.”

Hi Garry, Sorry your first order was damaged, our couriers verify our parcels leave our premises in pristine condition and with more than adequate protection but through the courier networks unfortunately damages occur. I am glad we resolved your issue and you were happy with our after-sales service.

“Can't make a comment at the moment as still waiting on the windows !!!! I was called by customer services after we placed the order to say you had received the payment and order and was told , as I suspected you didn't have them in stock .... But assured me they would be in stock after the 9th .. I assumed it would be the 9th of May but was never told what month !!!! As I said I'm still waiting ......”

Hi Mike, we received your order on 24/3 and the goods were shipped that day, unfortunately as it was the Easter weekend the next working day for you to receive the goods was Tuesday 29th, so I trust you have received your goods and are happy with your purchase. Thanks Vanpimps

Hi David, Many thanks for your review, we do like to hear feedback and what our customers thought of the product and service- Please accept my upmost apology that you didn't receive a wipe or any instructions. However if you had called to let us know we would have of course been more than happy to send out a wipe. Unfortunately we dont have any instructions for the rear grab handles but we would have been more than happy to advise you on this. Kindest regards, Vanpimps.

“The delivery time and communication were great but the packaging of the product and product itself were really flimsy and the chrome bumper cover came with a kink in it but I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back and waiting for a replacement .”

“i ordered side steps and chrome handles from you last week and they came on time which was great,but then i gave them to my fitter and when he opened the box there was no bracketts or the right nuts and bolts. i did call your office and the girl on reception was very helpfull and apolagised about the fault and resent the bolts and screws which she said would take 2 days.think some one in the warehouse messed up..im quite ok about it but its put the job i had 2 days behind.and my customer isnt too happy.anyway thats my review and hope you can take account of this complaint so it dont happen in the future.regards.mr.lyons..”

“It would be very helpful if all photos of product on your website are up to date and fully represent the item for sale. I now have to return my goods even after several phone conversations about them prior to ordering.”

“Impressed with the side bars, just that not all the bolts arrived with them... Struggled to get through to the store, couldn't leave a voicemail because the voice box was full... Ashame to to say as its only the missing bolts that was the problem. Fast delivery, well wrapped packaging, quality item.”

“Purchased a set of side runners for a transit custom, very poor instructions. In fact the photos in the instructions aren't the brackets that come with the runners. 45 minutes to fit it says! Took over 2 hours. Also just to say when I called for help I was told I would get a call back on Monday am, this didn't happen, I called then I was told Dillon would call back, this didn't happen either. When I did speak to Dillon he was very helpful and did say send them back if I wasn't happy. I have now managed to install them but the design needs looking at, which I know is nothing to do with vanpimps.”

“ordered some side steps for ford ranger and told that bolt holes would be on chasis to fit straight on.there were no bolt holes and had to pay to get them fitted,bit of a let down when the site states fits all ford rangers,simple to fit,no drilling.This should be taken off your site.Also no fitting instructions enclosed.”
