“Great set of seat cover for my van, can feel the quality soon as pull them out, fits quite nice and gives my van a new fresh look. I found them easy to install, although the double took a bit of persuasion to get the zip to fasten, I took the plastic surround off and zipped it up, went on very easy. Would recommend and will use again.”

“I purchased two slide open windows for my SWB Sprinter. The delivery was extremely fast. The packaging was fantastic offering the glass great protection. This is my first van build I am not mechanically minded at all. The window went in easy and look great. I had a question half way through my the installation the team were happy and very helpful to answer my question. I definitely recommend these windows and this company.”

“The bonnet bra and deflector, it was easy to fit, and with a little effort fits perfectly. Transforms the look of the bonnet and gives that extra protection. Orering was easy and picked up from the shop as I was nearby. Very friendly and efficent service. Thank you Vanpimps, not my first order and definately not my last”

“Ordered a set of rear barn door curtains for a Man TGE. I was happy that the rail would require “SOME” minor adjustments to fit, but the level of adjustment is ridiculous. The window from is on a slope, so even if I had the magician levels of ability to bend the rail without causing a crease (meaning the curtain won’t slide in the runner), if the rail was to be secured flush to the door/window frame then the ends of the rail would be pointing inward towards the from of the van, approximately 6” away from where it should be. I followed the generic fitting guide, and have creased the rail, this should have a video tutorial ideally. I have been trying to contact the team with no luck.”

Regarding your order, we can confirm that you purchased barn door curtains for the Volkswagen Crafter (2017 onwards). These are not compatible with the MAN TGE van, as the shape of the barn doors differs between the two models. This is why the curtains do not fit your vehicle. As the product received matches the description and vehicle model listed on the website, and no error was made on our part, we are unable to offer a return or refund in this case. We always recommend double-checking vehicle compatibility before placing an order, and we're happy to help with any questions before purchase to avoid future issues.
