“Urban rider have been great on this occasion the cost saving on my new bike cover was great compared to most other vendors. I have the Oxford pro stretch cover for three years after trying other cheap ones that only last for about 18 month before the sun take's it's toll and it ripes, the only reason I needed to replace it is due to some tw##, inconsiderate person stole the cover off my bike.”

“I ordered a Belstaff jacket and a pair of falco boots. The jacket arrived promptly and I have to say is great. The boots were out of stock, I was immediately informed of this and offered an alternative pair or a full refund, I opted for the refund as I particularly wanted those exact boots. The money was refunded to almost immediately. I would highly recommend Urban Rider and I will be ordering again.”

“I ordered a helmet, visor and goggles. I was given separate delivery dates over the next 2 weeks for each item, the first one in a week. Great I thought. 2 weeks later I haven't received any of the items and have now been told that the goggles won't be available for at least 3 months!! When I use their system to track the items, I am informed that they are still being processed, not even yet sent out after 2 weeks. Just not good enough when other suppliers, like Motolegends, can supply within 2 days what they have offered for sale. How can you offer something for sale which you can't then deliver? Not good enough! Don't trust these guys.”

“Urban rider do not appear to have enough staff to man their telephone service,it cuts out early and no one picks up. This comment added after six attempts to speak to someone. I have sent an email containing details of my complaint, but do not expect a speedy response if their phone service is anything to go by. I have been chasing this problem since Christmas?”

“I initially ordered a small matte black Shoei helmet from the store. It was too small and I returned it (for $86). I requested a medium on the return form and emailed the company asking for a medium to m be sent. They sent me another small. After requesting label I again requested a medium to be sent (with the word medium in bold print). Anyway after 4 emails requesting a medium to be sent I received a refund. When I asked why, I was informed it was MY fault since I didn't request a medium on the form of the small they sent in error. Spend your hard earned money somewhere customer satisfaction is a priority.”

“I was worried that I ordered the wrong size John Doe Taylor pants. I couldn’t place a call as t mobile could not connect. The folks at Urban Rider stopped my order, explained to me how to get a proper fit and my perfectly fitting jeans got to me only two days after I adjusted my order. I feel the folks I dealt with were exceptionally nice and helpful. I would order from Urban Rider again without hesitation.”

“Said to buy size down for boots, nonsense. Now waiting into my second week for a size change but package has gone missing. They won't take any responsibility. And the don't pick up the phone ever, wet wipes”

“Appalling customer service. They don't answer emails, and have an automated voicemail that tells you they can't be bothered to speak to you, so email them for a rapid response. Nearly two weeks and still no response regarding my return. Don't touch these muppets with a barge-pole.”

“Urban rider is hands down one of the best moto retailers in the WORLD. I I rder several times a year to Canada and it always arrives without any issues with great file very times. Returns and exchanges are hassle free. Amazing client care and service. They truly help out no matter what the circumstance and use clear rationale. Recently, I had an issue with defective shoes and they were returned right away.”

“Emailed customer service about availability of a particular Merlin motorcycle jacket and got an email response the next day. Ordered the jacket on Friday at a great price, received an email from the London store with the tracking number on Tuesday, and I received the jacket on via FedEx on Thursday in Los Angeles. A+ quality, price, inexpensive international shipping, and customer service.”
