“Great selection of items at Urban Rider, it’s one of my go places for motorbike gear. I order an RSD leather jacket which was too big, sent it back for a size smaller but by this time I was giddy and impatient so I paid extra for faster delivery. Sadly Urban Rider allowed me to pay for the faster delivery, but they were never able to fulfil the expectation. Thankfully once I’d flagged the issue with delivery they reimbursed me. Overall a positive experience but with a few tweaks, it would have been exceptional”

“Very good customer service. I bought a t-shirt and needed to order straight away. I signed up for the welcome discount but the email didn’t come through in time so I had to continue with the order and pay full price. My email about this the next day was answered and a refund for the discount amount was paid very quickly. Thank you.”
