“Helpful with my helmet sizing query, swiftly delivered a beautiful orange Biltwell Gringo helmet and rok straps. Good prices on both. Great info on the helmet online, including videos and reviews. They have the most awesome gear. I might need to ban myself from them website ( soon-ish).”

“The reason I gave 5 stars is for excellent customer service. I wanted to return an order, nothing wrong with it. Ordered in error, had a problem with the online return portal. So emailed Urban. Within a couple of hours they came up with a solution. Free return popped to the post office reimbursement very quick. Great service will definitely use them again and already have.”
