“Top quality nice people fast delivery I think 2 days every time and as far as my experience with urban rider the cheapest aswell I bought a bell open faced helmet it came double boxed for extra protection and I love it but then I spotted the bell bullitt command and had to have it once again it came double boxed and within 2 days So today I have just ordered a pair of goldtop bobber short gloves and a bubble visor 🤣 happy days”

“I’ve bought quite a few items recently from urban rider as I’ve got back into riding after having a break for a number of years, I found their website is easy to navigate and they have a great choice of brands and products all of which you can earn loyalty points on and redeem against future purchases. I ordered an incorrect item a few weeks ago (I ordered a sweatshirt but wanted a hoodie - totally my mistake) so I emailed urban rider and explained to them that I’d ordered the wrong item and could I return it and pay the extra for the hoodie version, they were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. They arranged the collection of the sweatshirt and also delivered the hoodie with no issues whatsoever. It was great customer service from start to finish and good communication through the whole process so I knew exactly what was happening. WELL DONE!!”

“I've ordered multiple items from them. However, the email response team, individuals are shocking. Blunt, rude and not helpful. Other work colleagues have also had similar experiences in the same area. Just condescending overall. Still not been able to return a visor that I was misinformed on. So I'm stuck with that and can't do anything with it. When deliveries questions are put to them they also have complete lack of interest and just pass the blame. It's a shame.”

“Hi, I'm writing this review to thank Urban Rider for my recent purchase of the following jacket RSD HEFE TEXTILE JACKET - BLACK (XL) : https://www.urbanrider.co.uk/rsd-hefe-textile-jacket-black.html. When I first received the package and opened it, I felt like the jacket is a little bit small ( I'm a 1,80 cm tall guy and have 96 kgs) but when I tried it on me, I felt like this jacket was perfectly made for me so, buy with confidence from this seller. I cannot describe how perfectly fits this jacket on me and the materials used to design this jacket are awesome!!!! Thank you Urban Rider!!!!!”

“I ordered a TUCANO URBANO TERMOSCUD R153 - VESPA LX / LXV apron and it arrived overnight from London to Reno,NV USA in 24 hours. :) It is a beautifully constructed product, took about 15 minutes to put on my scooter and is keeping me warm on my commute to work in the cold mornings. I'm excited to ride through the winter with this addition to my Vespa! I could not have asked for better service from Urban Rider! Thank you!”

“Very good service overall from Urban Rider. Their website is easy to use, I found what I was looking for in seconds. They have a very good stock of helmets and other motorcycle clothing/gear that are otherwise quite difficult to purchase here in the UK. The orderning process was also seamless, they take PayPal which is a big bonus for me, and the helmet arrived on the day it was promised. The helmet itself was great, the size was perfect as I have tried it on in another shop in person before ordering, but Urban Rider had a better price on it so I decided to buy it online. Very well packaged, no damage whatsoever during shipping. I also really appreciate the follow up emails, so I can honestly say, I will be back for more! Thank you for the problem free purchase!”

“It's new and a little snug around the forehead. I feel after wearing the helmet a few times it'll break in and become less harsh around the forehead. The look is outrageously retro thats so cool ( like Steven Mc Queen cool back in the day). Living In New York City It's all about style, and this helmet give you coolness with attitude. “Great service with Urban Rider, faster than the online motorcycle stores in my country... As for the glove, I decided to order my regular size and it did fit perfectly instead of going one size over as recommended. I figured with leather it will stretch with use. I also have smaller fingers than my Canadians fellow. My morning fall commute is much more pleasant with these on.”

“This wallet is great. It is full of useful pockets, it fits all my cards, notes, coins, bike papers, photo ids, sim cards, passport and even my phone. I can also clip it onto my belt for easy access to it when traveling and to keep my hands free.”
