“I placed an order 10 days before I had to travel even opting for the next day delivery fee, only to get half of the order 5 days later and eventually having to cancel the rest of the order due to delivery delays for after my departure date. To add insult to injury, the first part of the delivery (helmet visors) is useless with the second part (the helmet).”

“Got these Merlin Minworth gloves just as the winter cold bit. They replaced my old Gerbing gloves. These are much better made, more comfortable on the bike and really toasty”

“Great selection of items at Urban Rider, it’s one of my go places for motorbike gear. I order an RSD leather jacket which was too big, sent it back for a size smaller but by this time I was giddy and impatient so I paid extra for faster delivery. Sadly Urban Rider allowed me to pay for the faster delivery, but they were never able to fulfil the expectation. Thankfully once I’d flagged the issue with delivery they reimbursed me. Overall a positive experience but with a few tweaks, it would have been exceptional”
