“Although, it is my favourite motorcycle gear store in London. My recent purchase slightly put me off ordering from them again. I ordered a helmet and visor from the store considering I visited the store multiple times before and wanted to support the store and not website. However, after I placed my order, I have received no communication regarding the status of my order, no tracking details, no eta, etc. Wish there was some way to know when my order would be delivered, or whether it would be delivered to the correct address or not.”

“I've bought a couple of things from Urban Rider now, always feel a little trepidation when buying online due to the sizes etc but the sizing guides are spot on and the confidence in free returns double stamps it. Delivery is always top draw and communication regular.”

“An excellent online shopping experience. Very helpful staff who respond to questions in quick time. I love the Urban Rider realistic sizing, it provides a level confidence that you’re buying the correct size and fit. I bought John Doe jeans and Rambler boots in black. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.”
