“I've ordered twice, a pair of boots and a jacket with a few years passing inbetween. The descriptions and sizing notes were very accurate, and shipping was prompt and reliable. I have no complaints whatsoever except the one: delivery-duty-paid VAT handling would be an excellent improvement for those of us ordering from the EU.”
