“I’ve bought the Hedon Heroine Racer Eastwood helmet online. Before ordering I’ve visited the store to try the helmet first. Guys in the store were friendly and ready helpful. Ordering online was easy and straightforward however the helmet wasn’t dispatched at the promised date and it hasn’t arrived on time so I wasn’t able to take it with me on my abroad trip. Also they don’t accept exchange if something goes wrong (despite that Hedon does), you can only return the item.”

“This is my 1st purchase from Urban Rider. Really please with the merlin shirt s the sizing is accurate. The quality of ther product is really good and the packaing of it to get it to me was secure but not over the top. I love browsing the sale items and this was one of those occasions when I just happened to spot something.”

“I've bought quite a lot of stuff from Urban Rider and there's a reason I keep going back to them - they always stock the best gear, in the style that I like. I really love the Goldtop stuff that they stock and it's great to have that so close to home. Felix, Max and everyone in the shop are a friendly and fantastic bunch, and having been over there so often, have become friends to me. This place really is my local bike shop and I'm happy to support it for years to come.”

“First time using them today doing DAS in some very heavy rain for a couple of hours. Comfortable, and easy to put on even over boots if necessary, but sadly they didn’t hold up to behind waterproof and I got damp around the bum and crotch area as is the case with many waterproof over trousers I have heard. Have to say, I’m a bit disappointed as it was only their first use.”

“Dear Urban Rider Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent orders. Within the past month, I have placed two separate orders with you and on both occasions I paid extra for “Next Working Day Delivery.” • On the first order, the parcel arrived only on the fifth day. • On the second order, placed on Tuesday 10th February, I again paid for next working day delivery. However, as of today (16th February), I have still not received the item. What makes this more frustrating is that I have now received an email asking me to leave feedback for an order that has not yet even arrived. I specifically paid for an expedited service twice, and on both occasions that service has not been provided. This is unacceptable. I would like: An immediate update on the status of my current order. I have been a genuine customer, but this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in your delivery service. “First time ordering from UrbanRider. Shipping to Canada was fast and resonably priced. Very good service, I had a question about the jacket I ordered upon recieving it, Izabela and Sonia replied quickly and were very helpful. Will order from UrbanRider again.
