“Although, it is my favourite motorcycle gear store in London. My recent purchase slightly put me off ordering from them again. I ordered a helmet and visor from the store considering I visited the store multiple times before and wanted to support the store and not website. However, after I placed my order, I have received no communication regarding the status of my order, no tracking details, no eta, etc. Wish there was some way to know when my order would be delivered, or whether it would be delivered to the correct address or not.”

“I've bought a couple of things from Urban Rider now, always feel a little trepidation when buying online due to the sizes etc but the sizing guides are spot on and the confidence in free returns double stamps it. Delivery is always top draw and communication regular.”

“Now have two Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate LS Baselayer from Urban Rider, far cheaper than buying from Zerofit, great warm base layers and were delivered exactly when they were supposed to be, would definitely use Urban Rider again. 👍”
