“Very good selection of normal brands. Also have some unusual brands that you dont see in other online stores in the UK. Delivery service cold be better as some items are not actually in physical stock. So there may be a wait for some items to come in stock. Overall a really good expierience and i have used Urban Rider multiple times.”

““Great service, but needs better shipping communication" This would be 5 stars, but the shipping communication needs improvement. If you order two or more items, they often ship them in separate batches based on stock. While I don't mind getting items separately, they never inform you that the order was only "partially sent." It causes unnecessary worry and frustration when you open a package expecting your full order, only to find items missing without any explanation. This had happened to me twice. Better notifications would make this a 5-star experience!”

“There was an issue with stock availability, but once stock was available, the helmet was delivered quickly/on time and well packaged etc. Service was good - I did contact Urban Rider to query the delay and had a quick response. Helmet was spot on and exactly what I was after :) Have bought more from UR since!”

“I’ve bought the Hedon Heroine Racer Eastwood helmet online. Before ordering I’ve visited the store to try the helmet first. Guys in the store were friendly and ready helpful. Ordering online was easy and straightforward however the helmet wasn’t dispatched at the promised date and it hasn’t arrived on time so I wasn’t able to take it with me on my abroad trip. Also they don’t accept exchange if something goes wrong (despite that Hedon does), you can only return the item.”

“Great pair of gloves fit well looks good. My only slight issue is that the cuff could've been a bit wider as it's a bit of a struggle to get it over my leather jacket. Excellent service as always from urban rider”

“Great selection of items at Urban Rider, it’s one of my go places for motorbike gear. I order an RSD leather jacket which was too big, sent it back for a size smaller but by this time I was giddy and impatient so I paid extra for faster delivery. Sadly Urban Rider allowed me to pay for the faster delivery, but they were never able to fulfil the expectation. Thankfully once I’d flagged the issue with delivery they reimbursed me. Overall a positive experience but with a few tweaks, it would have been exceptional”

“It's new and a little snug around the forehead. I feel after wearing the helmet a few times it'll break in and become less harsh around the forehead. The look is outrageously retro thats so cool ( like Steven Mc Queen cool back in the day). Living In New York City It's all about style, and this helmet give you coolness with attitude. Black Star, Yamaha bolt r- spec”
